I don't like TV at room.. Need to upgrade smart TV..

breakfast ,room and location good

the difficulty in getting to room due to mainly the renovation having to change lifts. Also having to pay for parking and no facilities like a pool, proper cafeteria, good lobby meeting friends.

The hotel's lobby and restaurant was newly renovated, so it was very beautiful and a nice, relaxing area to relax and chill. The hotel breakfast provided a great variety of food and we were spoilt for choice. There were salad bars, pastries, fruits, hot foods, noodle and congee stations, egg stations, and the range changed on the hot foods changed during our 2 days' stay. The staff were very attentive and very accommodating as I was travelling with my parents, and due to their renovations, access by lift to the rooms had to be on the second floor which required climbing of stairs. The staff understood that it was a hard climb for my parents and let us use their staff lifts and always escorted us in and out of the staff access areas.

Other than the lobby, the rooms were really old and worn out. Towels look thinned out and the rooms feel like they need a good clean. Cups and glasses were never washed properly and were just rinsed and placed back. Despite having a room for 3 people, we were only given one toilet roll and I had to locate the housekeeping trolley to ask for another roll.

Whilst the major renovations are ongoing, what has been completed is very nice.Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent.

Good location and wide range breakfast choices. Staffs are extremely helpful and service orientated

Bathrooms could be better upgraded

The breakfast on the 22nd Floor with a view was good, and the food choices were good, and the staff were very courteous and attentive.

The lifts were too slow, and a lot of construction work is in progress, which is good for business but very noisy at times

Spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Hotel was under renovation but priced at premium, plenty of other newer hotels in the same areas, not worth my money or stay with the noise. Also, my room airconditioning jammed up, maintenance staff had to come clean the filter while I was in the room, this isn't cool. The hotel's preventive maintenance should have caught that. I don't think I'll return.

everything was tip top shape. the location, the aircon, the view, the room size, the room service, the shower, the bidet, the bed linen...so very comfortable. good location. walkable distance to waterfront and padang/plaza merdeka (walked there at 2 am to do kuching marathon. and then walked back. it was so easy and fun).

stayed here during lobby renovations and getting to the temporary reception 21st floor was a hassle. since have to enter the building through the mall and use the service elevator.

Located at city center.

No buffet lunch or dinner. The property is still under renovation without any facilities.

Room is old and not clean. In room so humid, floor always wet.Parking using The Hill facility and it's complicated walk.

Location is good, near to Sarawak river and lots of food around.

A bit noisy in afternoon and car park is not complimentary. Understand the renovation is on going until end of August, hope it getting better after renovation done.

Room was dated but it was still nonetheless very comfortable. Do be realistic with your expectations and if you're here just for a brief stay and plan to go out and about during the day, this hotel is amazing.

If you're here to enjoy in-house facilities, then it will disappoint due to the renovation.

Customer service was excellent. Mr Rozaimie stood out amongst all as he always tries his best to ensure that we are all comfortable. Rest of supporting staff were very polite and helpful as well.

Noise from renovation.

Location

The room didn't smell good, there were molds at toilet door, door frame and ceiling as well. Room humidity was relatively high and the room Air cond either too cold or hot. It was noisy by 8am due to hotel renovation works.

Everything in the room were not clean, there were moldy black spots on the wall near the air conditioner, the toilet door was full of dust, after you touch it, your hand is black. The water from shower has rusty smell.

The rooms were clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is super good, why? Because of safety reasons, security is very good, eventhough we have to pay, but still very good. A suggestion as a tourist, the hotel should have a transportation service to the waterfront shops, they can charge a small fee for sending and pickup service ?

The Hotel is in a process of renovation, so there will be a bit of noise here and there, but tolerable.

Room was quite warm at times and there were no charging ports at the bedside.

There were some really minor discomfort due to the renovation work but my stay wan overall great

Horrible Experience

Facilities was under renovation and this information was not provided when I booked through Booking.com. I have a change in trip plan and wanted to check if there were available rooms for earlier dates. While checking via Booking.com it prompted me that no rooms available and I proceeded to look at other properties and booked . 3 weeks later , booking.com dropped me an email confirming the extra days earlier requested. I contacted Booking.com to clarify that Pullman was not available when i booked in late Jan 2025 and why suddenly i go a confirmation of the booking. They did not allow cancellation and stating that I would have to bear the full cost. This is really unethical . However, i was able to cancel the other property without any cancellation fees and decided to proceed with the unethical booking confirmation from booking.com. When i checked in at Pullman , it feels like a construction site , dusty and dirty. I will never book anything though booking.com and Pullman again.

Good location, comfortable room.

Only knew the facility was undergoing renovation after completing the booking. A few facilities eg. breakfast restaurant, swimming pool and lobby's main entrance for e-hailing were closed. Allthough the hotel made alternative arrangements for this, I wish it was made known prior to the booking to allow guests to make informed choices.
