They didn?t provide toiletries, mineral water & tea anymore.

I have bad experience. Was booking for stay n got feedback the booking was confirmed untill the time i show up for checked-in. but was told by the front counter staff that booking.com has cancelled my booking.i double checked my booking n the status was confirmed. Then the hotel change my room to other room which is not the one i agreed in the 1st place, coz the room i supposed to stay was given to others. I confrant the manager n told them that we are come form far with small kids n one baby. The manager manage to give other room but still not the same room as per booked n we are charges extra money for that room. Thinking of small kids n we are already tired, they left us with no choice. The problem started with booking.com that informing the hotell that our booking was cancelled while informing the different way that out status of booking are CONFIRMED. this thing makes out holiday become a nighmare n the room given also not clean, not confortable. I was really dissapointed to both of booking.com n also the hotel.

To improve in cleanliness of room & bathroom. And the concierge to be more friendly. The reception very helpful.

The property is very poorly maintained and can hear the lift going up and down, not enough staff working and the whole place is just falling apart - such a shame as it could be a wonderful place!

I like the property just because there is laundry 24 hours, mini market and food court in the LG floor.If it is not, this hotel not recomended for the familly leisure. Just match for temporary transit only.

1. Minim facilities.2. Very difficult to get to swimming pool.3. the staff is not friendly, from the lobby staff to housekeeping.4. The room was not provided with any amenities, even tea, coffee and sugar were not provided, even though there were some. We had to forcefully ask for it from housekeeping.5. internet signal is very bad, can't be used at all. annoying.6. very far from city center.

Nice bedroom suite, lovely structure, big space veranda and a very comfortable king bed. It is a good place to unwind and is not close to any busy areas.There is a laundry facility within the structure.

The room is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and touch-up. The room was dusty when we checked in, and we could see dirt on the floor as well. We only use the living room toilet because the small one smells bad from the man-hold toilet. Two dead cockroaches were discovered in the living room, and one towel was observed being used behind the door.

facilities of the hotel was not satisfying. pay for RM1++ per night but the room isn't clean. there's no water heater, and water supply was too slow.

Don’t stay there

Dirty place without any supply at the room (no soap…). The housekeeper doesn’t clean every day, bad location and the people in the main desk unfriendly; they ask for a deposit in cash and at the end your stay they didn’t return it. Bad bad experience …

The price should include the breakfast.The bed sheet/blanket/pillow case is itchy.maybe should change for a better quality material

The room are not clean. There were cockroach in my room during 1st day check in, and the bathroom ceiling are moulded.

I have no complaints. It matches my needs for being so near the hospital where my mum is warded for the past one week. I came to shower, rest and sleep.Very convenient.

1. Blackout from 3pm till night.2. No water supply during blackout3. No lift service. 4. No toiletries5. No breakfast6. Ask for saberkas view during booking but was told by the staff who did the check in, the balcony view only has the hospital view. All for 350/night? Not worth it at all. No refund even.

No drinks (at least some bottled drinking water), no soap and blinds hardly function.

The property is in a great location, close to Sarawak General Hospital and easy to explore the city.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The room we were initially given was not very clean, and it was located near unused rooms that were left unlocked, which made my partner and I feel unsafe. We requested to change rooms, but the new room had additional issues—there were no towels or drinking water provided. Overall, even budget hotels offer better basic amenities and security. This was not up to the standard we expected.
