- It was clean and location was pretty good.
- Friendly staff, the location, and the restaurant of the Hotel. However, before arriving, we asked for gluten-free food for breakfast and they did not have any until the second day.
- The Room was very nice in size and appliences, we were at the 8th floor so a very nice view of the city too. Staff was very friendly and the location was great, many places to go near the hotel. There was also a little park in front with activities when we were there. Totally recommended.

- Outdoor parking should have a roof or something like that.
- They ran out of coffee at breakfast. They did make some espresso, but that's not really what I wanted. There were no eggs, although I think they would have made some if we had asked.
- Room needs an uplift and shower didn't have enough water pressure.

The staff at Hotel Diego Almagro de Talca, as always was excellent, friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Nice place to stay.. If you want to go out all day, is a good place to take a rest with a god breakfast. It couldn't be a good option if you need or want to be all day long in the hotel.

They charged 328 US$ but my reservation indicated 270 US$. The hotel is in very bad shape, low maintenance, blankets are old, and the personnel had bad manners
