We had written ahead of time to see if we could get into our room a bit earlier since our flight arrived at 6:16 am after flying all night. Check out is at 12:00 pm so at least one room had to have been prepared for us before 3:00 pm. We had to hang out in the lobby on a sofa for more than six hours and were not let into our room until 3:00 pm. Sometimes exceptions can be made when it makes sense. These decisions have consequences. Hence this review. The hotel management could improve upon its customer service.

Property its very nice, unbeatable location. Unfortunately a tornado past a few weeks before our stay so some damage was still visible but repairs were almost complete. Excellent heating and shower. Very nice and friendly staff.

Some more bath amenities would be nice.

The hotel is in a great location to the town center, and the staff was very friendly and food good.

Unfortunately, my sleeping experience was exceptionally poor the 2 nights that I stayed there. Dogs barking continuously my first night from 3 AM to 6:30 AM. I complained to the front desk and said they couldn't do anything about it but they offered to change my room to the other side of the building for my second night. Unfortunately, that didn't matter at all; which I guess the staff already know. The barking of the dogs is loud enough and continuous that you hear it from all sides of the building. The barking again went on from 3am in the morning till after 7am. if you want sleepless nights in Puerto Varas, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best options if you're looking for a nice room/view in a good location and a tasty well-assorted breakfast, all for the right price. There's nothing else in the hotel, just these three crucial elements of any stay. Very friendly staff. Good room size, nice views!

Rooms are overall ok, good size, but need some renovation... the carpet and the mattress.

Comfortable hotel only a block or two from center of city and close to restaurants.

Nice room, great location and a very friendly staff. The restaurant was pretty good as well, and the breakfast was amazing. In general, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Noise insulation was lacking, we had to sleep through our neighbors' TV and voices.The bathroom had no way of ventilation so steam would fill it after showering.

I like the spaciousness of the room. The neighbourhood was excellent, lot of restaurants nearby, very safe and serene. A nice addition was that every day you would get a chocolate in your room. Option to have a breakfest box when you had an early trip.

About 5 mins walk to the city centre in a residential area up the hill. Very close to the Cruce Andino start point. The hotel is nice, good view, comfortable and they kindly packed our breakfast since we left before the 7:30am. Great value for money.

Only Chilean plugs can be used in the whole hotel, the EU default plugs won't work.
