Harper Wahid Hasyim Medan by ASTON

The room was nice

The door connecting to the next room so can be noisy. Also generator next to my room at night prevent me from sleeping

Spacious

The bathroom got water on the floor it did not flow to the drain.A bit flood. But after inform the front office the hotel fixed it.

The team and service were just amazing. . I really appreciate the good work done by every single person of the staff. Special thanks to Sonya, my good friend and excellent professional. Thank you! Everyone Excellent!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maybe the only thing not so good was the lack of variety in the restaurant.

This was already our second time at Harper and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are modern and clean to international standards. The hotel isn't in the centre of Medan but there are many restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Friendly staff at reception. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Luckily the hotel room window was double glazing, therefore the noise of the prayer was limited, so we could have a good night rest. Breakfast buffet was delicious, every day the chef cooked different meals. Staff at breakfast very friendly too. I would really recommend this hotel!

No remarks.

The locationThe prizeThe staff including security

The aircon. I didnt use blanket until around 3-4 am

2nd stay. This is not a resort like hotel, so other facilities are standard. But for me who regularly go to Medan for family visit, this hotel meets all my requirements for staying in Medan. Room is small but clean and compact. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is always clean. Around the location there are plenty restaurants, street food, and cafes.

nothing so far

Clean room Comfy bedPlenty streetfood near hotel

Parking is very limited

Everything..From the staff, facility and breakfast..Location also close to everywhere

Few Parking Space but they offer valet

Comfortable bed, clean room

Thin wall with zero sound insulation, many guests making noises at night. The water was murky. The location is always jammed at the intersection.

Great location many foods around and easy to reach

We ended up staying 2 nights. The first room we had was very clean and we enjoyed the large room with comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast and central location in Medan.

The second room we had was not as clean and there was a lot of black hair on the bathroom floor and we found one under the bed linen. The rooms was not soundproof as advertised. You can hear your neighbours speak and the noise from the street with karaoke and traffic.

We order room w/o breakfast

Dropping space area is too small and not easy to exit.

staff so friendly, they help me bring my go food to my room

really need improvement on the internet

Very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed.
