The room was clean, had good facilities, and the bed was comfortable.

However, the service was disappointing. They only provided two small bottles of water per day for free, and when I asked for one extra bottle late at night, they refused, saying they could not give more than two bottles per day. Even though I stayed two nights, they didn’t try to accommodate my simple request or make any effort to make guests happy.Also, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and it was not available at the hotel.I ordered food for dinner as well, but it did not taste as good as expected.Overall, for the money paid, the service and quality were not worth it. The hotel should improve their service to match the price.

Mr. Al and all the staff provided excellent service. They were polite, cheerful, and welcoming. The room was clean and perfect for a relaxing stay ?

The mosque next to the hotel make you wake up at 4.30, listening to the muezzin for 30 minutes.The mainroad is very noisy all night long

Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. The roof pool was large and well kept. The air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast didn't cater to European taste, i.e. mainly Indonesian food. Staff tried to get us what we asked for. If you came down near the end of breakfast they were already clearing away.

We stayed with our 4 children and really enjoyed the the hotel. The staff were all excellent and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, typical for the location so a few less western bits on the buffet. We would definitely recommend.

Nothing all was great value for money.

The extreme noises from the night life on the street below. Especially the traffic noise from the mopets and parking regulator.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, great base for pre or post North Sumatra trip.

The bed was comfy, the breakfast was very nice.Staff was friendly.Went swimming on a monday morning before breakfast and had the pool to myself.

The sheets were stained. Please throw them away, I expect more for that money.Also don't understand the positioning of the sink. It's quite far but close to the sink, which is not very practical.

Very nice room with beautiful view and comfy beds. The pool was very nice!

Repetitive music on the hallway which was slightly and sadly hearable in the room.

The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom is clean and comfortable.

We had a room which was on the right side of the hotel. Our room had a window, but there was a wall 1m from the adjacant building next to it, which means we had no view at all. Although there were plenty of options for breakfast, we didn't really like the quality of the food, especially for the price that you pay for it.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, and all worked well in the room.

great breakfast options. central location with shops, restaurants, ATMs and a park nearby. friendly staff. room with enough space and comfortable bed. great view from the pool on the roof top. great value for money. the airport pick up was very convenient for a good price.

the woman in the spa inside the hotel was quite unfriendly and only did one massage a day, better to go somewhere else.

Room was small. Breakfast area was hot.

If your just in Medan for a night to transfer, this is a great option. There’s a great pool on the rooftop and a gym, so you can just enjoy the hotel without having to dive into the hussle of the busy city.

Friendly staff and beautiful rooftop pool. Cafe and restaurant in the lobby too. The staff arranged for an early morning airport drop off for 200.000. I’m not sure if the taxi would have been less it it was easy to book.

My room was next to elevator which was not working well, noisy. I hope they fix it soon.
