favehotel S. Parman Medan

The staff were so patient, kind and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

Wifi signal was not consistent.

Good staff, hotel, location best.

Non smoking room but when come out from the room or lift smell of cigarettes. Make me feel uncomfortable.

Not worth it the price I paid per night.

Room wasn’t really clean, had some kind of smell. All my clothes smells when I left the room. Cups were yellow, sheets were very old sheets that turned brown from white. Drinking water is in a common area, you have to leave your room to get water. The phone in the room was not working.

Comfortable bed, friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful city view, very good location

nice breakfast with lots of varities of food

provide bottle water in the room or a dispenser of aqua water

Everyone is nice and polite. It's clean and the breakfast was great. The Junior Suite is wonderful, and it is a big spacious room!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They attended to use with patience and care. They assisted us with our luggage and items we ordered as souvenirs from grab and they kept well for us and labelled carefully with names and phone numbers. When our grab drivers stopped in front of the lobby, they immediately walked up to help us pick up the luggage, even though this is not a five star hotel but the service is definitely better than other hotels I have stayed.Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfy.Even the toilets are sparkling cleanThey serve good breakfast too! With the affordable price, this stay definitely exceeded my expectations.Thank you fave hotel for such a pleasant stay for us.

The rooms didn't have good soundproofing, but it's manageable

Good location, near to indian town. Value for money.

Unable to order food after midnight.

The hotel was ok. My room was clean, bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi connection also ok. Breakfast average. Good enough for 2 nights but not super comfortable for longer stay.

I had a non-smoking room but I could smell the smoke from the cigarets. Some rooms are for smokers and the stink is not isolated. It was not soooo bad but for me as a non-smoker it was more than enough and there was not possible to open a window. The hotel (building) is visibly old, would deserve some reconstruction, i.g. sound isolation from the corridor - I could hear every single step and word from there also a lot of noise from the room above mine.I would also appreciate some more information at the reception - what to see in Medan, where I can get a SIM card (nobody knew) etc.

Breakfast is really good for the price. Quality and replenishment is really fast. Location is good, every where is nearby.

No compliant.

Nice room, helpful staff

Electricity in our room would occasionally cut out so the air-conditioned beeped on and off a lot during the night

Cleaness, Privacy, Location

Good hotel for a good price per night. Staff is helpful and proactive. Breakfast was nice and plentiful

There is music playing quite loudly until late in the evening on the hallways for some reason

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Average breakfast

I always use this hotel when in medan. Love the white interior.. thats all. Staff is great too.

The towel need to replace... I brought mine tho

Value for money. Helpful staff. Great facilities.

Distance from local food or convenience store.

Super Friendly staff, very nice and clean bedroom. Central position, really recommended!

Hot shower, albeit an overhead one. Helpful staff, some English spoken. Located in fairly upmarket area, not many street eats nearby, though plenty classier options, and malls. Room well equipped with lights and plugs, comfortable beds, clean. Modern corporate hotel.

Wifi bandwidth issues meant slow at times.

Great value for money. Breakfast is average. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We weren't in Medan for too long but the location suited us. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Staff helpful, rooms spacious, good Wifi

Not hot water, checkout clumsy because of the time-consuming deposit devolution process, entrance full of cars difficult to enter as a pedestrian
