Safe property, nice pool.

Nothing was walkable, if we wanted to do any shopping we would have to attanfe transportation.

Free airport pick up. Driver right there when I arrived. Friendly staff. Fantastic hotel. I will happily visit again.

Close to the airport, spacious room in a cute cottage, staff was friendly but would not stay here for more than 1 night before or after a flight.

Facilities were very old and a bit abandoned, doesn’t feel very welcoming..

It was my bad experienced when I was charged 100,000 IDR as a penalty, got stained on the towel. Fyi, i guess the towel being used for decades and it start to yellowish. And I was charges for it. F**k!

It has a beautiful compound area.

The breakfast was terrible. Few choices and what was available was cold. Check out the Hotel Prima in your area to see a good breakfast offering.

The staff was helpful

For what we paid I expected more. The a/c was not working right and the room was always full of mosquitoes, in 2 days we killed at least 50-60 of them in the room. We decided not to complain because was only for 2 days and we were organising our stuff in the luggages so we didn’t have time to (maybe) change room. They should really put a mosquito net around the bed (also if it’s not fancy like the place is) but at least you can have a better sleep.

Great accommodation very close to the airport. Clean room with aircon. Staff were very friendly. Our second stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff, they will send you back to airport, we travel with 5 bicycles.

the staff was very friendly. We decided to stay there on the last day because they alow us to store our bicycle box while we ride towards Danao Toba. They able to pick us up with all our bicycles.

We wanted to walk around the village outside the hotel grounds but the road was narrow and lots of traffic. There was a strong smell when we checked in to the room.. it was a bar of naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene commonly known as moth balls in the bathroom. They work by releasing a gas that's toxic to humans and insects. I had to remove it and let the room air out for a couple of hours. Just FYI...

No refrigerator, no refrigerator, lots of mosquitoes, hot water is not active in the afternoon, breakfast menu is not comparable to the expensive price. for the price of the hotel is not comparable to the location which is far, located on the outskirts of the city. just this once book this hotel.

The perfect place to stay while transiting through Medan. You can request a free airport pick-up, and they’ll take you back the following morning if you wish. The cottages are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a pool and restaurant. Excellent value and definitely recommended.

Clean and nice room. Good wifi. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool. The free shuttle to airport was nice to have.

The moth ball that was in the Bathroom. The odor was strong and I had to close the bathroom door to sleep. Once in the bathroom thats when it was hard to bear.

Great place to stay in early flight .. easy checkin Light breakfast supplied taxi to airport arranged .. a little noisy on front to but still felt v well .. helped tell us where we could eat night before ..

Great location but still quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice gardens and pool to relax in. Garden cottage rooms had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was included which was a nice touch. Food onsite from pool and restaurant were both good, lots of choices.

Shuttle bus to the airport included in the price is top.Room (cottage) wonderful. The whole concept of the cottages, rooms and pool is well designed.The water spitting lions in the pool are a highlight.Bathroom marvellous. I always like the kettle.

The service at the restaurant could be more efficient.
