Broken down, dirty, mop bucket left by door, hot water didn’t work, tv didn’t work, and mozzies all over the room

The room was huge and very clean

Very large room with TV.

There was a big bathroom with a bath but, sadly, the water was yellow.

Comfy bed and good facilities (shower/bath/fridge)

It was not a great location, no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. There were bugs and at night there were rats running around the coving.Wifi is terrible does not work at all.Due to lack of restaurants nearby we tried to eat at the hotel but only had 2 available options despite a vast menu.

Rooms are big.

The hotel itself it’s absolutely filthy. The window was broken, so lizards and insects were in our room. The bed sheets had stains, smelt musty and were dirty. The room smelt of cigarettes. The bathroom was absolutely vile. Felt dirtier after having a shower then I did before. The bath was stained, the floor was dirty, the taps haven’t been cleaned for god knows how long, the kitchen cupboards had dirt in them. It was just grubby and not a very comfortable stay.

Nothing, the property is terrible

We came on time, first the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Second, we were allocated to the room, we booked two rooms. One was NOT READY at time we arrived, one was ready but the room was dirty, ants everywhere, aircon was leaking, bed was terrible. We asked for change, they change to second room, the second room was even worse, the white bedsheet with black water spots, dirty. They want us to shift to the next room but we declined and want our money back.

Location was ok but not that near the airport - taxi fare is still almost 100000 IDR

Some lights did not work, some plug sockets did not work, wi fi did not work without much effort, card machine did not work which caused problems with deposit meaning I overpaid. Not fully clean.

Good location if you have a early flight to catch. But nothething to do around… It is a sort of motel and planes flight over the hotel (noice). There was a couple of things broken in our room and we regret there there was no family room (we had to book 2 separates rooms instead).

Room is big.

No wifi tv cannot watch coz no wifi. Already informed the management no action taken. Very dispointed. We as tourist highly depand on wifi.

It is close to the airport and has an in-house restaurant.

1.) The staff was unresponsive and to a level ignorant and inattentive as I haven‘t experienced before. There were little things that added up. Firstly, we were missing 1 towel even though the room was „prepared“ by the staff seconds before and only received another one after asking for it 4 hours later. Secondly, when we wanted to order we got the menu and had to wait 20 minutes before the waiter asked for our order even though there were only 4 guests in the restaurant. Thirdly, when we asked for ordering a taxi to the airport for the next morning to get our flight, (3 times in total) it was forgotten every single time. At the third time he finally wrote down 6:30 for 50k.2.) The next morning when we went to the lobby to check out at 6:20 and asked for the taxi, the same guy who wrote it down the night before had already forgotten again even though having a note right on his desk. We left at 6:50 which can be tough if you need to catch an airplane. At the end we had to pay 100k even though we agreed on 50k. So much to fairness and respectfulness. 3.) Even though the hotel guarantees Wi-Fi it didn’t work in the rooms at all and only barely in the lobby which makes it kind of hard if you rely on it to upload the SGAC to enter Singapore. 4.) The rooms didn’t look anything like in the pictures. The towels stank like cat pee and the bed sheets were dirty. 5.) The worst part: These criticisms aren’t new but have been posted several times by other guests over the years. Even though the hotel always responds in a kind and grateful way that they are glad for the feedback and try to change things, apparently they don’t care at all and don’t respect and value the feedback of the guests. This stay was a whole scam and a joke to a company that operates in different places!

Wifi is terrible and air condition is in wrong place in the room, sweaty sleeping.

Would not recommend!

Horrible place! I am not normally one to review or be fussy when it comes to rooms but this place was pretty nasty. Blood on the sheets, possibly from bed bugs, wires hanging out of the walls and in the bathroom, cockroaches and lots of mosquitoes. I asked for a refund and they did not apologise, they just told me to go through the app for a refund which still hasn’t been processed and they are charging a cancellation fee which is the same as the room cost!! Do yourself a favour..Do not book and stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel down the road which was beautiful!!

4years ago i we was stayed in this hotel and it was amazing experience because the hotel was new but now we comback and is very disappointed because the room was dirty and not well maintained the bathub is broken and even we ask to change the room but another room have the same problem we couldn’t enjoy the bathub because is broken the room is very big and nice view outside the bed were comfortable the food in restaurant is good and tasty ok thanks

For a airport hotel, this is one of the best or the best i have ever been in. The room is big, air condition, bed is amazing and 24/7 lobby where you can buy drinks and snacks.

The water does smell. But if you dont need to take a shower then this is perfect hotel

Bad

The hotel is inside of a small village with paddy field and farm around. The hotel with plants crawling at the balcony and with ants. Don't have lift and need to carry own luggage to the rooms with stairs. No any shop and hawker stall around. It was a bit spooky at night.

Close to the airport so convenient for a one night stay between flights.

Not very clean, noisy, no duvet and the blanket provided had cigarette holes through it.

Just one night okey. For long stay not recommended

Facility not in a good condition like cold or hot water not functioning.Wifi coverage very poor as i tourist really need internet connection.
