Very clean room, good internet connection, comfy bed and linens, ok price

Room is rather tiny, little storage space for luggage; only 2 electric outlets + 1 USB outlet near tiny desk.

Very convenient in the airport, easy to find.

Couldn’t get it completely dark, a few noises throughout the night with machinery, airport sounds, etc.

It was right at the airport, we just v walked to it from inside the airport. Very convenient to a late night arrival or early morning departure.

Some staff were friendly and arranged a car ride personally for our request.

The room smelled a little bit bad when we checked in.

Very convenient to not have to leave the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is exceptional.

Great location for a stop over, room felt very clean, tidy and luxurious. was great to stop and relax in a quiet room for a little while.

Breakfast was enough to be able to choose something for yourself and eat something. It's an airport hotel, so as such it has a very good location.

The room floor was dirty, linens and towels washed, but stained and worn, water did not flow from the sink. Sufficient for one night

Staff are always polite

Long walk to room with heavy luggage...no assistance available or offered. Was also fairly constant noise from some mechanical element (AC???)

Room is good, bed is firm, everything very clean. You have a window but it looks on the window of another room about 1 meter away. Restaurant is okay, Indonesian food served in an international way. The waiter only talked Indonesian with my local friend, even I was paying the bill.

Walls in the room seem to be made of paper. You can hear every little sound or noise and there are plenty of those, there are some mechanical noises as if you sleep next to permanently running elevator with ppl dropping something on the floor all the way. It’s not possible to have any decent sleep without earplugs.

We counted the minutes to get out.

Room and restaurant very dirty. Actually saw a cockroach in the restaurant.

Great convenience when coming in from evening flight

The shower couldn't be used and sprayed water all through the bathroom. Maintenance repaired it but i couldn't shower until morning. The shower area was dirty.Very noisy in the first corridor, could even hear noise from above.

Never again.

The room was dirty and so was the restaurant to the extent that there was a cockroach near our table as we were having dinner. We just got up and left leaving all our food there. We paid of course.

Location was great, right in the airport. Rooms were OK, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

You would think a hotel in an airport would be built soundproof, but you can hear the announcements and the ongoing noise from inside the terminal building. Also often noisy guests coming and going can be heard. Bright lights in the 'garden' area between rooms shine through the curtains all night - yet lights have no function and should just be turned off.

Air con is too cold in the lobby and corridors.Very few plant based alternatives at breakfast (please add at least some coconut milk)

Convenient for a flight.

Escalator was blocked, it was difficult to find an alternative entrance. They couldn’t provide two keys for the room. Took a mandatory 200,000 deposit. A bit noisy. Overall just a bit frustrating.
