The breakfast was great. Front desk was very helpful.

Room service insists on speaking indon despite greeting in English. Listing on booking.com misrepresented some rooms have bath tub, but actually it's only available if you opt for suites

Better if shuttle bus to railway station or airport.

The bed is king size with firm mattress. The room size is enough for 2 of us.

Rather old. The bathroom is considerably small as when opening the bathroom door it blocks shower door.

Very nice place to stay central Medan. Lot's of options for breakfast, and a well assorted hotel bar as well for evening drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms.

Very nice property in a central location, well-maintained and with great staff support. I especially enjoyed sitting in the patio. All areas of the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of tasty selections.

The initial room I given was too close to a conference/banquet room and I had to endure for several hours the noises and loud music from a birthday party that was taking place. I contacted the Front Desk staff and the issue was remedied when I was moved to a very nice and spacious junior suite. I was surprised that although I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I was not offered or granted access to the Concierge Lounge.

We requested non smoking for all rooms . We booked 6 rooms and got 2 smoking rooms . Check in it’s say 2 pm but our rooms were not ready until 4 pm . Check in staff were not accommodating to our request. My daughter was given a smoking room n she has very bad allergies to smoke. They claim no rooms it’s full . If the hotel is full why didn’t it inform booking com so we can cancel n book another hotel in Medan . Disappointed at the attitude of front desk . They wanted to clean room after giving the room at 5 pm when my daughter was rushing for her meeting . Why give a girl smoking room which is so smelly after request was made . Booking .com pls see to this .

Breakfast buffet was superb.They serve street food like mie ayam, bakwan, lontong.All are very delicious.We don't have to go out to find street food anymore.The hotel is very clean n bed is comfortable.Very fast chk in n chk out.Strongly recommended to stay.

We wanted to book trips to go around the outskirts of Medan, see Lake Toba, the orangutans etc. And the hotel staff and conceirge were very helpful. They booked us taxis and helped explain to us where to go etc. Very good experience!

Everything was very good . Especially the restaurant team that prepare twice pick up breakfast and the laundry team that clean our shoes and cloths within few hours ! Reception team was also very polite and helpful!

Next room TV was very loud

Everything you could need in walking distance or in the hotel itself. Very clean and good facilities as well as welcoming staff ?

Location is close to city center

Although the room has the non smoking warning note (with a penalty remark if found anyone is smoking inside the room) how ever the smoky stench can be smelled as soon as one enter the room.
