Hotel was at a good location, decent restaurant. We got rooms on 7th floor and non-smoking. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.

Nothing specific or particular. Pool was under repair hence it wasn’t available.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely great. The room was very well priced.The hotel is very well located, just down the road from the train station, two stunning shopping complexes nearby, Deli Park and Centre Point Medan.Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Not so much the hotel, but the footpaths around the local area are terrible.

The management not proffetional,excample, to ask extra towel we have to pay , tried to communicate with reservation, never get answer.

Excellent swimming pool with plenty of space for adults and children. .Rooms are very clean and the floor staff are attentive and hardworking. Good location walking distance from Centre point shopping mall and railway station. Recommend exploring the old Chinatown on the far side of Centre point. Some great family run restaurants.Next to hotel, there is an old Methodist church and further down the street a Buddhist temple. Sumatra has an interesting history of adopting different religions and cultures.

Room rates seem to change dramatically depending on time of booking.

Breakfast worst everTried to get us to sign a waiver for the nightclub noise on arrival !!! Free drink voucher was actually for Apple tea

The bed is really comfortable. They offer a welcome drink and the pool is long enough for swimming. The waterfall shower is amazing.

The interior does seem so fresh anymore although the hotel is quite new. There are spots and scratches on the furniture. The restaurant was closed, only the bistro was open. It seemed very empty.

New hotel and the room I selected (suite) is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good.

The hotel is fairly new compared to the surrounding areas, it’s modern, grand, has good facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc. the staff we’re helpful and friendly and also accommodating to me cancelling 2 of my 7 rooms that I booked for a large group, free of charge.

The pool was being refurbished so we were unable to use it. The gym machines could not be used at 5-6am in the morning as the power to the room must be turned off during certain hours.

Very clean hotel with great location. The breakfast was great and the amavi nightclub is on premises. The smoking room didn't smell like smoke as no carpet

Quite a new hotel and everything is still in good condition. Walking distance to Podomoro Mall and Nasi Padang Sederhana. Spacious and nice looking lobby. Externally, the hotel look great

The main complaint was the existence of Night Club which should not be there in a hotel looking for peace and tranquility. We were at lower 6th floor to be away from the Night Club, even then the vibration still managed to be transmitted to the pillows and from the pillows to the ear. Without the Night Club, the Hotel should be the preferred place in Medan. The shower head did not function well and the rain water shower did not spray the water nicely. We agreed with the previous review that the Hotel is trying to be a 4-Star but moving the wrong way.Reaching Podomoro Mall from the Hotel, the crossing to the Mall is a nightmare, luckily security is available to assist…

Top-class new hotel from 2023.Rooms clean, functional and as per photos.Wifi and air conditioning ok. Connected TV.Good breakfast buffet.

Restaurant food not great but staff trying to improve.

Location is a mere 5 mins walk from the airport train station. Walkable to the big malls, close to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is pretty big. Smart TV is very functional and allows screen mirroring. Superb value for money, will definitely stay here again if there is a next Medan trip.

The nightclub bass rocks the whole building, can be a nuisance for people who aren't there for nightlife.

Location of the hotel is very near to the train station and Deli Park Mall. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are very cooperative.

It's a big and clean hotel. Lot of options for breakfast.

A lot of noise from the road/railway. Kept us out of our sleep.The room had to be checked before we could leave the hotel after check-out.

Good location, new hotel, well-furnished rooms

Finishing is cheap and basic, poor sound isolation: you can hear guests around and traffic in the street. Beware of the night club on the top floor: it is very loud and we could hear the music staying at the 6th floor. We had the dinner in the hotel restaurant, expensive for the local prices, but food was blunt and distasteful.

It’s clean and the beds are firm and not the soft and bouncy type. We had a good nights sleep.

The entrance for Grab / Gojek /Taxis is not prominent. I experienced 2 lost drivers who couldn’t find their way and had to make one big round again (one way road outside the hotel) in the massive jam. We got to the airport later coz our driver took an additional 20min in the detour. Suggest that the entrance be lit clearly with big signages.

noise from the club. I was on the 8th floor and had trouble sleeping with the noise from the club. management should do something about that

This hotel located in a really good location, close to a few major shopping centres and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. All rooms are nicely decorated. Air-conditioning is working well during our stay.

You can hear the train passing a few times a night and if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Big selections of buffet breakfast. Would prefer less selection with better flavours.Toilet cleaned to a local standard, operation manager should consider training cleaning staff to an international standard. Toilet looks clean but do not smell clean.There is only one double hook in the toilet, this is definitely not sufficient and there is no place to hang the hand towel.

Great location. It’s newly open so the rooms are modern.

Our room had water leaking into our room on the first night.We requested an omelette at the breakfast egg stand and the cook walked away. We enquired if we could visit the pool at 5pm, we were told it was closed.The gym wasn’t open yet
