They said I broke the glass in bathroom and requested fine RP40000 but I did not do it and refused to pay. They showed me broken glass with sharp edge that could injure my leg. But I am very sure I did not use the glass and never saw it broken on the floor, probably the cleaner broke it and passed the responsibility to me.

Your restaurant staff took excellent care of me when I fainted from heat stroke in the restaurant.

Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast

Doors did little to mute the sounds of people coming and going from their rooms.

Stayed here for a few nights recently and would highly recommend! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the room (deluxe) was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast is really really great.

no window, the card cannot open the door very well, I call the staff 2 times because of the door problem. when I check in they say my booking is without breakfast but actually with, after waiting for a while for them to confirm.

Rooms were decent sized, toilets were slightly small but usable. The room we had, had a slight odour but was easily fixed when the toilet door was kept closed. The staffs were exceptionally friendly, and there are staffs working throughout the night. Location of the property was quite central and overall felt safe in this hotel.

Request for extra glass from the restaurant but the restaurant staff ask me to collect myself. I am the guest at the hotel and I am not a worker. This is very disappointing.

My room is like a dungeon… without any windows. And I was stuck in the lift for a while when it broke down

We always stay here when in Medan. We love the staff members, they are always warm, welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is great and so is the food from the restaurant. The location is great too, close to the train station, to Centerpoint Mall and Pasar Ikan Lama, the textile market.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff allowed us a slightly earlier check in (12 noon) which was nice. Hotel can store luggage (arranged at the concierge). The hotel is close to Tjong A Fie Mansion and the Grand Mosque, which are the 2 key attractions in Medan. It was easy to take a Grab from Medan Airport to the hotel (local Uber equivalent; download and set up the Grab app beforehand and follow the instructions in the Grab app to get to the pick up area; Grab personnel at the pick up area gave us a discount code to make the booking). We also had a look at the airport train station option, but there was definitely a lack of footpaths from the train station to the hotel which would be inconvenient to navigate with luggage.

We requested a non-smoking room and the hotel put us on a non-smoking floor which was perfect. However, there was still a faint smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the air conditioner - probably someone smoking too close to the air-intake for the air conditioning unit.

The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable.

The room needs a smart TV, the channels on the hotel TV were not good and there was a lot of static.

My room did not have a window, which wasn't too bad because the room was spacious, but I personally prefer a window.

Breakfast area was very crowded. Made us a pure vegetarian dish.

1.The deluxe room was dark and not renovated for a long time. 2.The bathroom had yellow stains on many areas. 3.The front staff refused to give 2 small bottles of water for the day we checked out.

No hot water from sink basin & slightly warm water from the shower.The lighting in the shower room is very dim

I didn't like the way your office handling my room key system..I stayed there for a week n paid in full, every 2 days I need to go to the front dest to activated my room key.

I like the spaciousness, alcove for luggage and clothes, bathroom layout. I like the comfort, security and friendliness.

Air-conditioning was limited to 25C so was quite warm in the day. Perhaps it was because of the renovations so the power was limited. My unit faces corridor so was noisy at times, could insert foam under main door to dampen noise. Three legged stool is not as stable as a four legged one, at one point I nearly fell off while sitting to make tea. There isn't a bar fridge which would be handy for cool drinks and fruits as Medan is hot. Could put in a small armchair or sofa as there's plenty of space under the wall mounted tv. Room Phone seems not functioning cos I had trouble calling room service, front desk and trying to ask about the Ramadan buffet.

The staff were very accomodating and informative. Appreciated the reccomendation for local restaurants and night activities.They organise1
