Nothing they allowed someone else to occupy my room and made me pay for it. A scammer who was not me and when I called them… they would not remove the illegal person

Hated the entire process and no cooperation from the staff

I like the room, hotel attaches to mall and close to other premises

The night light or sleeping lamp in the room has not been facilitated

The location with malls close nearby, hotel facilities and excellent breakfast. Nice.and professional staff

Great location, big room, comfortable beds. Staff are great and personable. Breakfast selection ok. Rooftop bar/ restaurant- however menu is simple yet ok. Next to a shopping mall for convenience. Has a spa and got a ok massage.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family.The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant.The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

We didn't dislike anything, however, we wish their sauna and jacuzzi were operational.

The bed is so noisy and un even (senget) bila tido rasa mcm nak jatuh ke tepi. Did call to ask to change the room.. but they said full. The next day ask the house keeping to betulkan katil but she can’t. Bcoz the bed berat sgt katanya.. so I hardly sleep the whole time I was there.. the pillow is keras. Overall ITS UNCOMFORTABLE

More water in room and a kettle

The location is excellent, staff and service is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was exceptional! This was our second stay, once before COVID and once after and we were not disappointed. All of our expectations were met and the room was so comfortable.

The pool opening hours are only until 7pm

Breakfast was excellent with many good choices. Love the porridge! The restaurant view was a plus. I love the connection to the mall. Lots of restaurants as well and just walking distance to another mall. The check-in staff were polite and lovely. The rooms were clean.

Leaking on both our bathroom and also my sister's room. This could be maintain better.

Front desk & concierge warm and helpful.

Breakfast quality average. Wanted sunny side up for two but they ran out of eggs. Waited for a good 45 mins!!!They do not replenish food fast enough.

communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was impossible and not much better upon arrival.Breakfast room was total chaos with poor selection of food and often cold.Room lacked proper maintenance and badly needed a refresh

Bed not as good as my expected.(Before pandemic we stayed several times in this hotel maybe that time the bed still quiet New).

Every day they increase the rate with out notify me

They did not give free breakfast for my children,So, I had to pay by myself, although I have registered the number of my children in the booking but they did no accept at all. As well as I asked them to bring shuttle to send us to airport but the said no available although it is written in the booking system

The only upside to this place is that it's attached to a mall, but that would not be enough to make me choose to stay again for this price. Oh, and of course, the views of the city are amazing.

Hugely disappointed. I stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was still run as the Swiss Bell Hotel Medan. Back then, it was truly luxurious. The beds were enormous and comfortable; the pillows fluffy and heavenly, everything pristine, mini bars stocked, staff lovely, quality food and amazing breakfast.All that has changed.We normally wouldn't spend this much on a hotel but wanted to splash out for a few nights. Now I regret it. I'd be happy to pay half the price (maximum) to stay somewhere of this quality. It is by no means a four-star hotel and did not come close to meeting expectations.We were in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, yet everything stunk of cigarettes. The mini fridge was empty, the cabinet holding it was dated and the door fell of its hinges when opened.The sheets, covers and pillowcases were the same style as they had been years ago - and it looks like they've never been replaced. Grubby and dirty. Beds and pillows not comfy and luscious like before. Poor paint job, everything was grubby, and the bathroom was downright filthy, with rubbish sitting on top of the drain grate. Even the menu was dirty - concerning in normal times but really offputting during COVID.The room service was prompt, but the food was often cold when it arrived. The local food was nice, but western food poorly cooked and not nice.Breakfast at Swiss Bell used to be amazing. The range is still impressive here - so many different foods to choose from, but again, many things were cold.And although the restaurant is one big room, half of it is used for smoking, so we ate our breakfast in in a cloud of cigarette smoke.Lastly, the staff were friendly enough but lacked basic knowledge you'd expect from a tourist service. Nobody could tell us where to go to buy a local Sim Card. They told us to go to the mall supermarket (I'm not Indonesian and even I know you can't buy a sim card at a supermarket).
