Pros +
- Walking distance to masjid raya
- Location is quite nice, relatively close to the city center. The staff is very courteous, the room was clean.
- I stayed only 1 night for the airport transfer on the next morning. The room itself ok, value for money. Lobby very nice. Security & privacy A+. I felt safe staying here. Breakfast ok. Many choices too.
Cons -
- Room small as compared to other hotel which I stayed on the last night of my trip from bukit tinggi. (Bigger room and cheaper.
- Room little bit small
- The cleanliness- the toilet smells badly. Smells like leaking from top! The aircond water drips. And the aircond remote control seems malfunction.

Breakfast menu can be improved. Food taste was somewhat blend.Room cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the desk needs to be properly wiped and rubbish bin was left with black spot from previous tenants. Even the coffee mug was not clean properly with bleach.
