Great location and easy access to the city centre. Food wise is good taste with basic beverages served

The bedsheets and comforter wasn’t clean well and leave uncomfort smells. Its causing uncomfortable to lay down and causing itchiness. The bathroom wasn’t clean properly with the stained and leave unpleasant smells too. The furniture are not well maintained and faded. The floor are slightly dirty with stained

Basic but good and comfortable place. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! Bathroom was perfect. Great attentive staff

Amazing Crew, good instalations

Very restricted breakfast for western preferences.

Clean, comfortable bed

Would have been nice if staff could help me with my bags on check in, as I had a lot of luggage and there were many people around working

Great price point and location. Friendly & helpful staff.

Slight damp smell.

Clean room, good location and goid breakfast

Smelly shower holes

I had a power outage for two days prior to my intended stay, as I was in the Mentawais. I tried to reschedule on the day of my intended arrival and the person who responded was very short with me. I understand that it's fair because their policy but I would have appreciated if the staff member that I spoke to was a bit more empathetic and polite, seeing as I lost 400k+ due to circumstances that were not my fault. I am not asking them to change their policy or make exceptions for me, just to be treated with the politeness that many other hotels have shown me.

Breakfast was great & value for money.Friendly staff , simple check in & out

Location is good, breakfast spread is good and staff were responsive.

Cleanliness must be improved. Bedsheets stains present. Toilet are not clean. The room is small. Hardly any space to walk after placing the luggage on the floor. However , for the price paid, the room size is considered acceptable. Most important , cleanliness must be improved.

Location is really good close to Mc Donald’s / Pizza Hut / supermarket / kfc

The mosque church will wake you up very early in the morning …. But it happened the same at Ibis

Good location, clean spacious rooms.

Wi-Fi was weak.

The location was great, the room was clean, breakfast was OK, limited options but it was fine.

Comfortable bed. Good Buffet breakfast but without the Freshmilk. The room is small, but u can pray at Prayer Hall at level 2. Free welcome drink coffee and tea.

Cleanliness can be improved. Just light brush will do. Siram2 isn't adequate. Toilet paper ? ran out .

The location, staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was satisfactory.

The toilet is smallish and could have been cleaner.
