The location is nice, quiet and pretty central, just across the street to Adityawarman Museum. The beach and the old town are relatively nearby. It's easy to get a Bluebird taxi or Gojek/Grab from here. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is good and has some daily variations. Staff are nice and helpful.

My checkout process was a bit confusing. I had to leave for the airport at 5 am. When I went down to the lobby, it was pretty dim because most lights were off. The reception desk was empty, no staff was in sight, and there were no means to call anyone (traditionally there should be at least a bell at the desk that I can ring). I had to return to my room so I can call the reception desk and have someone come out to process my check out. I suppose I should have informed the reception the night before about my plan to check out early. In any case, I did not expect a hotel lobby to be so dim and completely empty.

Love their breakfast spread. Centrally surrounded by food and parking is plenty.

Hotel is rather dated and time to invest to make the building more cheerful and new again. Water heater pressure is just fine, TV channels limited and cleanliness can be improved.

Our group just stayed for the one night here. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very comfortable.

The room was not properly cleaned, the pillowcases and the couch were stained, the bed was not properly made, the fridge was dirty and the body soap was not replenished. We stayed for four nights, and this really bothered us.

The air conditioner is not working properly. Our room is too hot even though we have turned on the air conditioner switch. We are sleeping uncomfortably. We booked 9 rooms, and all the air conditioners in these rooms are not functioning properly.

Staff friendly,location middle easy to go anywhere.My room was leaking at luggage area, all my bags wet.I inform to FO and they fixed it quickly... And also they provide service to drying my clothes..ni

The pool and gym area is compact but functional, offering a decent space for a quick swim or workout.

It’s in the old center, near the historical colonial architecture

No information provided at the reception nor in the room, the swimming pool was located in another adjacent building and looked dreary, the washbasin is suitable only for children (too low!), no shop with local crafts or anything for the weary traveller,breakfast was uninteresting and I almost choked on the bones of the fried chicken pieces (all 1cm pieces contained bones so they could’ve warned people). It also was quite noisy and the towels were stained. The shower isn’t very strong so you had to stand real close yet it was near impossible due to the faucet etc (photo) and the toilet looked grimy and unclean:(

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Clean and spacious room with AC, comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast for a small charge. Close to the ferry port.

Strategic location.

Sorry to say, how this hotel cant get 4 stars title. The entire room was covered in a layer of dust , fridge very dirty and the worse is bathroom. The cover of toilet bowl is yellowish, while the showerhead was rusted and barely produced any water.

Spacious room, less crowd, just walking distance to tourist spots & delicious foods

Pool is located slightly away from room, just need to walk pass through main lobby / conference hall
