Hospitable staff, always willing to help. Great location and price.

Bathroom needed some cleaning.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Just what we needed before/after a surftrip.

Staff at the restaurant wasn't very friendly. Breakfast didn't have many western options.

Great transit hotel for traveling to the Mentawai islands. Pool for the kids and great food all round.,

Modern, western style hotel which is a good starting or finishing point for a Mentawai trip. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with all requests. The breakfast buffet is consistent with other hotels across SE Asia.

The A/C in my room was underpowered and didn’t cool effectively. I was only staying one night but would have requested a room change if staying longer.

Clean room, comfortable stay, helpful staff

Room was superior King. Unfortunately there were people in the room next to me shouting and banging the walls into the night and I could not sleep. They were not partying but it could have been domestic violence. The hotel did not check on them or keep the environment safe. If I was travelling with kids I would have requested security. The room was clean enough but was very old and not that nice. Food was above average for the area

The food was very good but I have been coming to the hotel since 2015 and the restaurant is looking dated a revamp would not go unnoticed

The location the food and staff the pool the gym and the room size are all great but the rooms are a bit dated and some renovating would go a long way

clean and spotles room. water hose is avaible at toilet.adequate room amenities. one of luxury hotel avaible at Padang. breakfast not bad with local flavour. se this hotel as part of accor hotel chain. love it with water dispenser at corridor. the only one hotel i found seiously apply green policy. this htel avoid plastic. they also provide recycle bin by colour at lift lobby. as a result theres no bottled water. only 2 glass bottle inside a room with a seal. guest free to top up anytime from dispenser provided. neither laundry bag avaible as its plastic. bed is small compare to truntum. wifi is great hassle free. no password. ready to use. security is tight but guest does not feel it as they exactly know who is person on their compound.

the lady receiptionist refuse to give me 2 acces card despite i stay for 3 days. its horrible to in and out as lift is using acces card. imagine how to go to swiming pool and back to room after thatas not all family member want to swim. the hassle burdeen eneded after i prolong my stay. the male receiptnist without hesitation give me 2 card for my conveninent. of u plan to stay here. kindly insist 2 acces card especially for family. the location of this luxury accor chain is surounden around middle to low income area (its general social term to define situation) with respect no prejudice. imagine luxury in this kind of area. its ironic.

Size of the rooms, friendliness of the staff

The hotel is looking tired, lots of scuffs/marks/chips to all areas.Towels need updating and pillows are so lumpy The shower gel is the same as the shampoo The room had absolutely no drawers and only 5 hangers in the wardrobe Food is very hit and miss as to quality- we gave up and went the Ibis which is much better Management dont respond to questions.Some gym equipment didn't work, the advertised classes didn't happen and the floor needed regular cleaning

Location, view, cleanliness, room service

Reception couldn't make the credit card scan work and told me my card was the problem. Nobody else had a problem and when I checked out and paid room service there was no problem. Needs some training.

Breakfast and BBQ dinner buffet were great. A lot of options and very reasonable price.

The hotel itself. Clean and tidy. Quiet surrounding. The staffs are wonderful.

The sound the aircond compressor made. Hopefully the management will do something about it.

the breakfast spread was wide..so many choices, i want to try it all. From local to foreign menu, superb!Worth for money, will be my first choice.

My stay was really short will be come back later.
