The look and the view

They treated me and my guess as if we were shady very persistent that we pay for breakfast and called our room ensuring that we paid. I had the most expensive room you had available highly unlikely I was going to skip out on the breakfast bill

I really appreciate the beautiful interior design, and the bed is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen service is excellent, and it’s convenient that they offer 24-hour service for guests who may feel hungry at night.

The staff service needs improvement. The staff did not answer my call even though I contacted them a month before my arrival, and they also didn’t reply to my messages through the booking platform. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. I had to go out to get drinking water, even though the hotel was supposed to provide two bottles of mineral water in the room.

Location is good, friendly staff , convenient restaurant.

As soon as we walked in through the door we spotted a small roach. Bed linens smelled a little weird. Bathroom was clean and everything else. Ok for one quick night on a budget

Beds and pillows very good. We got a good night's sleep. Nice view on both sides. Quiet on the east side, only a parking lot. Everything worked. Central aircon. Clean. All as it should be for the price.

Bathroom a bit cramped.

Everything is good. The staff are well trained. The food was nice. The mountain view is absolutely stunning. The pool located beside the building with is more comfortable and was very nice.

The other room facing the sea, is a bit hot. The AC is not really cold. And I am a bit shocked that the snacks inside are not free. Usually the other hotel, puts the snacks at the receptionist. Luckily the drinking water, we can take from the hallway.

the check in staff not friendly and settle our room late..the aircond in the room was not functioning well..and the bathroom smelly not properly clean.

The property is good for a family to stay. The hotel provides the basic amenities. Room not that big but comfortable for max of 3. The location a bit ourskirt but luckily we have driver to pick and send us to the hotel

Location was great for us to catch the fast ferry the next morning. It is is the nicest Ibis hotel I've stayed in and has a great rooftop restaurant with a great selection of food. Very comfortable room and we will definitely stay again.

When I made the booking I sent messages and emails to them with questions about airport pick up etc as it was our first visit. No responses for days. Just nothing! On the morning of our stay we were travelling from Medan, they sent a message saying they cannot help with pickup that day! It was very poor!

We needed a stay for 1 night in transit, and that was a good option to book even last minute. Very easy access and nicely located walking distance from different restaurant options. There is a WhatsApp number that you can reach and they respond faster than via a simple call. Breakfast was generous and the view from the terrace is great.

We’ve had two rooms and both had bathrooms with mold. In our room we found a cockroach :-( and in the room of our kids another died cockroach under the slipper that is provided by the hotel, and apparently not changed. One of the water systems wasn’t working. I booked with my credit card number with the option of payement at arrival. The day before, we have been asked to pay before EOB otherwise the rooms will be canceled.. all via WhatsApp. It was weird and not understandable and coming from un unknown number looked like a scam…, this generated unnecessary stress while we were in our way to Padang and they could simply charge my card. After reaching out via WhatsApp I have been answered that all was fine and my rooms were still available ; I wanted to clarify this upon arrival and mentioned this exchange during our checking .. and the welcome desk had simply no answer..Overall the employees were not smiley and we really felt unwelcome.. We have forgotten a souvenir (with little monetary value) and while the ibis through WhatsApp again - answered our request and accepted to look at it, it is sad that they don’t urge their employees to collect and keep the lost items of their clients, even for 1 day.

Comfortable rooms, we had adjoining rooms for family. Room is a little small. Has good views of the area. Has a small pool around the back.Top floor bar/restaurant was very good. We only has drinks.

Located quite a way from the beach and the fast ferry terminal. It's a little bit tired eg the shower had yellowing grout and a few cracks. Pool does not have any sun lounges??

Breakfast is delicious and has a, have may variant good view, the pool is quiet and clean.
