Please note that our reception is open from December to March, 08:00-16:00 Monday through Saturday. A message with the check instructions will be sent prior to the arrival of the customers. Please note that we do not have a reception a few days before the customers' arrival, the customer will receive a check-in message containing the necessary information. Please note that we do not offer daily cleaning and towel changes. If you wish, you can pre-book daily cleaning (50€ per cleaning) and towel changes (5€ per person) minimum 1 week in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
