Comfortable room, nice view, good location, restaurant, so we didn’t have to go out in the cold for dinner, excellent breakfast.

Your staff were so kind...Ahmad went out of his way in the restaurant. He gave us exceptional service! The breakfast was delicious and was presented so beautifully. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the sea.

Excellent location, near Havila /HX dock with scheduled inexpensive bus pick up to the port . Great Breakfast included with nice diner options. Close to town if you prefer to eat elsewhere & on the waterfront- had activities available to be booked with pick up at the hotel. Really only 2 options in town- Thon is nicer but both are in close proximity.

Breakfast was really good. Many options to choose and the quality was super good.

Air Conditioning was a madness. Due to the bad function, Air Conditioning was working all night at maximum power, making the room super noisy and an ice cube. We were not able to sleep at all. We complained to the team in the reception and they lied us telling it will stop at 10pm. At 0:30 someone broad us tape and papers to isolate the AC but of course didn’t work… Our group had 4 rooms, and all of us were complaining about the AC. It was such a horrible experience.It's the first time I see a hotel with centralized AC instead of AC controlled in your own room at your own temperature.

With all the travelers coming and going at different times food or snacks need to be more readily available. Places in town close early.

A bit pricey, but in all other aspects a lovely hotel! Loved the breakfast buffet.

Everything worked fine, even A/C which is usually a bit difficult in hotels.

Clean, modern, spacious, excellent breakfast, accommodating staff. There are cheaper options but it is probably worth spending more.

The weather was warm and we couldn't get the room to cool. The window opens slightly but you have to close the curtains when sleeping in summer and the curtains seem to block all air flow. Maybe it isn't a problem most of the year.

Loved having a view out over the water with a view of the Midnight sun! Room was comfortable. Had a nice meal downstairs. Included breakfast was nice as well. Nice sitting outside for a beer in the afternoon. There’s also a bus service to the airport.

Restaurant was a bit pricy, but that is also true of the area.

Small rooms

Location is close to the cruise ship docks, and buses stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is right on the waterfront, so some nice views. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The maitre d' in the restaurant, Zoran, was very personable and knowledgeable.At the same bus stop, you can catch a bus to the airport.

I was unable to find decaffeinated coffee in the huge breakfast buffet. We asked one of the employees and his response was "no".
