The room was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and secure.

Hotel was advertised w/hotel shuttle.There were NO hotel shuttles. I called the hotel; they sent a taxi.The driver drove erratically,120kph-140kph, drove on sidewalks, cut drivers off, nearly rear ended several vehicles, no air, AND we had to pay $50 US.

Quiet location.The room was well equipped as expected in an ApartHotel.Very clean.Supportive staff.Close to main roads and walking distances to some attractions.Shops and cafés nearby.Something to consider - the hotel only provides basics to cover the first night, so you may need to replenish with your own supplies if you stay longer. No slippers provided.

Clean and room is spacious with pantry.

The only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff.

In short, this hotel is disgusting and doesn't even deserve one star. The reason is the stench in the corridors, rooms, and everything else.

Very helpful staff, very good location, quiet and very clean, modest breakfast but nice moroccan tea.

room 502 WAS PERFECT FOR MY LIKENESS WITH BALCONY VIEW. Thanks. I will visit again soon. But the price is a little bit of concerns. Because it was a bit high.

I have to call RASHEED and the room service to the attention of the bathroom that the water was flowing all over the floor as the water was not going.

small bed, poor breakfast, hotel internal parking was tragedy (very small with very narrow pathway) so we parked outside hotel.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and friendly staff overall.

Everything was great.

Well. We arrived at the hotel at midnight were they informed us at that moment that they did not had a room anymore. Even though we already paid and booked, there were not any roomes available. We had to wait one hour after midnight at the lobby while they were calling for other hotels, which they should have done in advance. Not really happy. We did not receive any financial compensation.

We reserved a room for three, but the tird bed wasnt ready, also water or coffee cups all was for only 2 , not three, but we payed the price for three…we have to ask for our rights ???

Nice staff and close to groceries shops

Location in sketchy area and it’s not easy to recognise by taxi drivers. I believe the hotel is over rating . Beds is small and not comfortable couple

The hotel was super cool for a 10 days holiday with my wife We had a lot of fun ? The hotel is clean and the staff were so welcoming

Very homey and the staff were very helpful especially Amin who welcomed us warmly and attended to all our query. we supposed to stay only 1 day but since we enjoyed the room we extended another day, it was challenging as they were fully booked but Amin managed to assist us. Fully secured you feel you are safe since you cannot enter the property without proper access. They have airport pick up contacts that can assist you for airport pick up drop off for a very decent price.

Toilet doesn’t have bidet or hose aside from that everything is perfect. breakfast is decent enough and size of the room is perfect.

It’s little quiet, that was it the room was quiet small I booked an apartment with a balcony and I didn’t get it , ask for one hour late check out they say they have lots of booking, over all the place it’s far a way from a good restaurant, the area is not that good,

This is the fourth time I am staying at this nice place. The staff is highly professional and pleasant and the location is perfect for my short visit.
