Clean organized and good location

Lost some money in my room during routine cleaning

Room was big

It was not clean; breakfast was very poor (not enough food, staff not cleaning up cutlery properly, staff not understanding the requests made). We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

The restaurant staff was very helpful with great customer service service. Shout out to Amina and Nabil, they were very nice and professional. Also Abderrazak at the reception was very helpful and very professional.

The AC was weak. The bath had mold and the towels needed a replacement. Also our room key had to be validated every evening before we enter the room not sure why? Parking in the garage was a challenge, luckily we had a small car.

Staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location. Clean and good to rest after a long flight. Would recommend!

Some maintenance might be needed, at least in the room I stayed at. The shower would not properly close and the bathroom would be soaked after a shower.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mid Town Hotel Casablanca! The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped—perfect for relaxation after a day exploring the city. The staff super attentive and made me feel right at home, and the central location in Quartier Gauthier meant we were just minutes from the Hassan II Mosque, Twin Center and top restaurants. Excellent value, great service, and a fantastic home base in Casablanca. Highly recommend! ?”

Modern hotel in great location with friendly staff who do their best to welcome guests and then solve the inevitable problems.

Defective air conditioning in the first room, and then in the replacement room is an unacceptable experience. It meant a long hot night!Hotel management is inadequate. Routine maintenance is not being performed and there is no quality control of conditions in each room. This was not my first visit (had previous problems with a dirty room, elevator out of service, kitchen not working) but I canceled a planned subsequent visit. Have lost confidence in what the hotel is able to offer.

Great location

This was my third visit to the property and each time there’s been a major problem, suggesting continuing inadequate hotel management. This last visit, the a/c didn’t work at all in our room. Even though we moved rooms, the a/c didn’t work in the new room either, so it was a long, hot and frustrating night with very little sleep. That problem indicates lack of routine maintenance. On our previous visit, it was a dirty, unchanged bed and unwashed floor. That is due to lack of supervision of housekeeping staff and room quality control. On the first visit, there was absolutely no equipment in the so-called kitchenette; you have to pay a deposit to borrow just the basics. Conclusion: this is NOT 4-star hotel service, so I do not recommend.

Size of room was excellent. Movie channels for nightime viewing no hassle. Bed comfortable and huge. Breakfast adequate, omelette and pastries, lovely espresso. Staff all friendly and attentive, spe ial mention to our 2 reception dudes Abdo and Adil ordering us taxis, and generally looking after us. Professional and attentive throughout our stay which we extended twice! Says it all. Recommended by myself and partner. Cheers ?

Nothing really ....all good!

Staff was friendly, the guard, receptionist, cleaning agents. They made sure the stay was a nice one. Abdoul at the reception particularly took care of the needs of guests

More facilities, and greater variety in meals

There were no towels or face cloths, the shower was not clean, the room was cold, and the view was just of junkies apartments

major issues with elevators . I top of that the room card to get in the door constantly needs to be reset. You can wait 10 minutes for the elevator then finally get to room and can’t get in and have to go back to the elevator nightmare to get the card recharged.

Time for some renovation/change of scenery

Very helpful staff. Amina kept the room clean everyday. The reception staff were very helpful with everything especially with parking my car everynight

Subject: Urgent Complaint and Refund Request for Booking on 22nd December 2024I am writing to express my dismay with my booking at your Casablanca hotel mid town on 22nd December 2024. Despite confirming our arrival, my husband and I were informed at 13:45 of no available room, being displaced to an unacceptable substitute. This alternative had dirty bedding, a foul bathroom, a noisy refrigerator, and was located inconveniently, severely impacting our visit. Given the significantly poor experience and deviation from our expectations, I am requesting a full refund for the booking and compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. Your attention to this matter and a prompt resolution would be appreciated.Sincerely,
