ONOMO Hotel Casablanca City Center

The overall feel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding.

One of the bar attendant wasn¿t so pleasant. Felt like we should have ordered a alcoholic beverage instead of juice.

The location and the easy access to parking with elevators.

The room was. Quite small for the local standards, TV satellite channels were not all working.

Great room, very clean

Would recommend adding a bidet to the washroom, otherwise no issues!

The breakfast buffet had great choices and the food was fresh. Enjoyed the omelette bar and pancakes. The outdoor bar and restaurant was great. Really enjoyed the DJ, food and atmosphere.

all is good perfect

The hotel so quiet and in the downtown everything close around you, the stuff is very welcome with the guest

The Hotel is beautiful and elegant but is excessively NOISY and it's a nightmare for going early to sleep or to work during the time where the bar with music is On and/or the streets are crowded. The quality of noise isolation is extremely poor and unacceptable.

Food is ok.

Receptionist is at all not aware about the facilities they have in room.Lot of Sound from hotel resto bar till late evening is too annoying.Basic things like dental kit, shaving kit, room sleeper/shock, plates bowl etc are missing

The cleanliness was excellent, especially in the room. I noticed a staff member named Fouzia who worked very hard and paid attention to every detail.

Nothing significant to mention

The hotel is comfortable and all the staff are nice, especially Ikram from the reception and Najwa and Lubna, the supervisors house keeping

Clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. A top choice for both comfort and convenience. highly recommended!

Breakfast was good, hotel was nicely decorated and well located. The staff were fantastic. I checked in early in the morning of the of the day I was supposed to check out. They were expecting me when I arrived and all went smoothly.

Comfortable modern hotel with an outstanding breakfast.

Minor complaint but our room was super far from the elevator and the directions to get there were confusing!

LocationBreakfastFree parking

Comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant and great breakfast. The staff were helpful and in a nice location in the center of town.

The gym opens up late at 9:30am so could not use it.

The room was big and spacious, and had all the required facilities. Wasn't too far from the major places. Breakfast was very good. It was buffer style and there were a lot of varieties.

I had no issues

The location of the Hotel is his best asset

The girl who did my check in was horribly rude. I was shocked to how they treat their customers. They gave me a room that faced a musical podium and every night a band played until 00h00 sometimes. It was really a bad experience to be honest

Great location. Friendly staff

Noise level are sometimes too much with music going from 19:00 to 23:00 to the rooms.

The hotel itself is excellent, but my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. One of the waiters was unhelpful and dismissive on multiple occasions, even ignoring me when I tried to get his attention. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends or family

Location,spacious rooms,service.
