Modern, clean, functional with almost everything what you need. Good soundproofing in a number. High quality of service. Good atmosphere. Charming restaurant on a roof. Location is very good.

Nothing was wrong. Maybe little noisy avenue, but we were ok about this.

The location is perfect the design was great.

There was a noise in the morning, someone was fixing something in the hotel upstairs he woken me up, and also the pillows and bed they must verify them, we woke up so tired .

Room wasn’t that clean

The hotel was well located and easy to walk to shops and restaurants etc.. The staff I met were very pleasant. I liked my room and that I had a terrace to sit out on. It was quiet and felt safe.

I chose this hotel for my last 2 nights in Morocco as I had been travelling around and wanted a comfy hotel with an outdoor swimming pool. It was a choice between this hotel and one other that could have a sliding roof over the pool if necessary. When I checked in, I was told where the pool was etc... and so I changed and headed to the top floor to discover the pool was covered and closed all day as there was a yoga class. I saw no yoga class and do not believe that story as there was no way a yoga class could be happening in the day as it was too hot . If the class was happening later, the pool should have been open. I was very disappointed and took it up with both the hotel directly and Booking.com.I received no apology from the hotel or any attempt to make amends...even a free drink...nothing.If you want a hotel with a pool that is open ......... double check and triple check as this may not be the one for you.It was a Monday when the pool was closed, but it did open the next day, so I stayed but I was very disappointed with both the key amenity being closed without any warning but also the failure of the hotel to say sorry.

Bed has bugs, if you your body need itch, come to this hotel and lying in the bed. Room is very dirty, Insects in the room. No ventilation in the room, very low ceiling, you cannot breathe due to the ceiling and dirty. I only stay in room for 3 hours and left the hotel while I booked for 3 nights

Liked everything about this Riad. Staff was great. It's a luxury riad, highly recommended to stay here in Marrakech.

It was nice to have a parking garage -- once we found it. The GPS took us to a place across the street. The breakfast was terrific with lots of choices. The bed was comfortable enough, but only offered heavy blankets, which were too much. The rooftop area was pretty cool but we didn't have time to use the food service or pool.

The hotel did not keep its promise to provide 2 beds. The registration desk employee had an attitude and was not pleasant to deal with. The room was rather small for the price. The staff got mad when we used the back staircase to exit the building.

- Breakfast is fine, but definitely not worth the price.

Overall ambiance which was modernistic; neatness was second to none and location was next to everything a tourist desires while on vaccation in Casablanca...

No complaints really...
