The room did not have a balcony as pictured in the image of the bronze suite,.which is what we reserved

Location. It is easy walking distance from the Hassan II Mosque, the only reason we stayed overnight in Casablanca. The hotel was built in the 60's or 70's, and had the feeling a a spy movie about it. That was a plus.

Though rooms they gave us are spacious. My Gold suite was old and very delabitated. The bathroom wasn’t so clean and door handle destroyed. All 4 rooms we had no towels and when we requested, it never came. The worst part. I specifically said NO ENTRY to my room, and someone entered to put towels. I don’t like that! It took them so long they should have waited until we got back instead of entering without permission. Service is really slow & poor. Breakfast was fair. Man manning the omelette station very friendly & nice & smiles! ? even chef is nice & smiles! ?

The location is extremely good, very close to Hassan II Mosque. The staff was very professional and the breakfast had plenty of choices.

Great value for the price and Indian located right behind the Mosque . Walking distance to plenty of restaurants it very convenientBreakfast was delicious with fresh eggs, cooked your way and coffee cake bread salad .

It is located in a clean area, close to the beach.

The room was missing some of the necessary items such as disposable slippers and tissue (only bathroom tissue is provided). Towels were almost deteriorated. Reception lobby is small/congested. No insulation, you can hear upstairs movement. Hallway slope of the parking is too deep, sharp angle… might not be good for some vehicles, where the front of the vehicle might hit the floor.

Clean and spacious room with all the necessary amenities (fridge, kitchenware, A/C), comfortable bed, reasonable price, free indoor parking, complete breakfast, close to Hassan II mosque

Location was good being so close to the Mosque and the seaside promenade. Staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable.

They have cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check-in. Official reason in Booking - my card is invalid. When I called there, they said there is no electricity and they cannot host me today.

The property is pretty worn down and washroom drainage was clogged. The cabinets of the kitchen were broken

Great location , a block away from the Mosque

The room was very clean but poor maintenance, front desk was friendly but very tricky. Verbally charge us for a tourists fee that in most of countries exists but there is always a receipt never gave us the change back , didn’t have clear information about our reservation. Was very inconsistent.

Rooms need upgrade. Balcony door would not lock. Floors were never washed for the week we stayed.
