I love that the rooms are suites with a room with a couch and kitchen.

I do not like the parking situation. It advertises free parking but every time it¿s a hassle as they have to find a place on the street. This will probably keep me from staying here again.

My fiancee and I were not allowed to stay in the hotel together and had to go find other accommodations

The room was very clean and very quiet

There was no parking lot even though they mentioned that there is a parking but it was very limited for only three cars so we have to park my far away and pay for it that was very inconvenient. The employee who works in daytime needs to go extra mile.

Excellent location and property, great and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and very nice staff, especially Mohammed Amine was very helpful indeed

The staff! Customer Service, kindness, and genuine authenticity go along way. Muhammad Amine was an excellent front receptionist.The breakfast buffet was great. Location, location, location.

I love that it had two bathrooms, but the half bathroom was designed poorly with the door not being able to open fully, making it difficult to get in and out. The beds could be slightly more comfortable but overall still good for the value.

The advertisement said there would be a patio, and there was no patio. The room smelled like smoke, and all windows were wide open. View of wall. The room was not restocked with items after the last guest. Reception was not that helpful or communicative. The location was so so. Lots of fast food/junk food eateries, no really authentic local food. It's not a good value.

Great location friendly staff and large rooms

The staff were fantastic. The location is ideal, very central and lots of food and café options. Blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

I would suggest adding hooks in or just outside the shower as it was inconvenient having to put the towel and robe on the shelf across.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. It was very convenient- walked to and from shops, bank machines and fast food restaurants. Location very convenient. Cute one bedroom apartment style. Loved that there is an actual full bedroom separate from living room.

The decor was cute but felt like the upholstery and all trimmings hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite some time.

Very spacious and newly renovated rooms. We had the junior suite with came we a full kitchen and lounging area plus a big outdoor private terrace. Would be great for a family.The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was great. Large room with two rooms. Polite staff. Parking is available either under the hotel in the garage or along the road for 2 dirhams per hour from 8am to 8pm. No problem paying 10 dirhams for parking from 8am to 1pm.

the WiFi did not work well, not reliable. The street in front of the hotel can be a little noise sometimes.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety and great quality. The location is probably the best in the city, though the street noise can be noticeable—closed windows help. The room matched the photos, quite old but functional. The shower corner needs small renovation as water tends to leak into the room. Overall, it’s a good option for a few days.

The very convenient position, friendly staff happy to help, spacious room, bottled water supplied everyday, even for the kid. Free bottled toiletries. I would say it's much better than the so called 4 star hotel I stayed in Marrakech.

The location is amazing, breakfast was delicious and diversify and the staff very polite, nice specially Amine he was very helpful anything I asked him he ll try to do his best to help me specially I had my kids with me and my old parents so it was perfect for us, thx a lot to the staff... if I comback to casa again definitely I ll book it again❤️?
