The hotel is very clean, the staff very kind. The location it was ok. However the street difficult to find.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our first room had a leaky shower so they upgraded our room for free, and even were helpful when we got food poisoning.

They have parking on site, which was great since we had a rental car. The hotel is within walking distance to the Hassan II Mosque and the medina. Breakfast was filling and yummy! We were provided with a free room upgrade upon arrival since it was during the slow season - great surprise! The ladies at the front desk and that work in the lobby were very friendly.

A nice room with a living area and separate bedroom. Queen size bed with a comforter and excellent air conditioning. Also a kitchen, but I didn’t use that. Good shower and bathroom.

Spa closes too early. 7pm.

This is an excellent Apartotel with a nice sized bedroom and separate room with kitchennette, dining room table, sofa and coffee tableIt was clean and comfortable and in a central location ( near synagogues and kosher food for those for whom that is relevant) but on a side street so it was quietI want to especially mention how wonderfullall the staff is, always so warm and friendly and helping with any request I had. Highly recommended and an excellent value.

The service is really bad. I called many times for invoice. The women ignore me. She is really bad. Do nothing there

People are friendly and nice ,the receptionist are helpful Kowlah and Khadija, the people are so respectable .

This was my second time stating here, it's a great place, the staff are all lovely and so helpful. The apartment is great, everything I needed and great value. Walking to the sights is also definitely doable.

Friendliness of staff

The room was very noisy over night, we could hear motorcycle passing by and people talking and yelling in the street. It was difficult to have a restful night.

A lovely and friendly place, the apartment was great and had everything i needed. The sites were walkable from the hotel and the staff were so warm and welcoming.

My only issue was that I couldn't find many wall sockets to plus stuff in, but that could just be me?

Very clean and spotless, no insects, no dust, no hair from other guests, no water damage or mold. The bathroom and room 100% clean, bed sheets and towels clean no stains.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I enjoyed everything about my stay.

Youssef, the manager, understood that we were dissatisfied with the first apartment allocated to us and immediately took steps to upgrade us to one that was commensurate with how much we had paid. We appreciated this.

Even after the move, we were surprised how cold it was, especially the bedroom at night. It was only on the penultimate day when the AC was serviced that we realised it was not working for heat.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive about breakfast details.

I would appreciate it if the room is renovated and furniture is getting refurbished.

Great location. Wonderful Marocan breakfast. Employees were 6 stars!!! The hotel is in a great location. There is an elevator to the apartments. Linens are great. I recomend this hotel

The matress should be changed. The management is in the process of doing so.

We only stayed one night but were blown away by the kindness of the staff. Even though there were some miscommunication as we don’t speak French or Arabic, and some of the staff don’t speak English, they were very kind and went out of the way to help us during our stay. I will give 10/10 for the staff Adil as well as the lady at the reception (didn’t get her name). Great hospitality generally from all the staff members despite the language barrier.The room we got was spacious for our family with really one of the most comfortable bed in a hotel. We also liked it that the tv in the room has many channels (not just Arabic , but also English).The traditional Moroccan breakfast in the money was sumptuous and delicious. It was freshly made and we really enjoyed it. The aparthotel is situated in a neighbourhood with a number of eateries if you don’t want to venture to far. It is also not too far away from Hassan II mosque and the Central Market.

The only issue was the toilet in our suite which was rather small and oddly situated between main bedroom and kitchenette. It was hard to prevent the toilet area from flooding which led to the floor to be slippery.

Well located. Everything you need. No frills. No excess comfort. Super price. Great morning breakfast especially the Moroccan breakfast - special mention to Leila
