the reception was great. It was just a bit hard to find as I took a wrong turn. I wish I had gotten the girl's name who checked me in. She was so helpful and kind. Everything was spotless in both the hotel generally and the in the room.

Room was spacious and beautiful, the shower too, the staff were friendly and helpful

The breakfast was great and delicious, the coffee need to change the products to more efficient coffee not nescafé, but in general everything was great

I really needed a good night of sleep and this is what i got for the price the room is nice, I was not expecting more or less. The staff at the reception and breakfast were very nice and welcoming ! Close to transportation.

There were ants in our room and the shower didn't work well on 7th floor.

The room was poorly maintained, I asked several times to fix the bathroom door and it wasn’t fixed. They weren’t providing proper towels every day, there were no fridge in the room and it was exceptional to ask them to put something at the kitchen fridge it which they lost and took them an hour to find, and the breakfast is super basic and doesn’t worth the money, basically bread egs and tea .. maybe some jam.

Staff taking advantage of a senior lady to sell an extra room; I have reserved a double-bed one for her and her daughter on booking and explained how to check-in, when she got there, they somehow made her pay for two extra rooms, ending up with three rooms in total.Also, less clean, missing a lot of essential elements (towels)

Worst hotel experience in my life.

The staff were unpleasant. They told me that the system was down. They had no garage remote. You need to answer several questions everytime to different security guards prior to parking your car. They kept following me to my room everytime I entered the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable. I had to checkout early and move to another hotel due to the above.

There was 1 used torn towel left in the bathroom and we had to go down to the reception and ask for towels, the shower box soap dispenser empty, AC dosent work. The scrambled eggs were simply watery taste and cold.

My room.was not cleaned despite telling the hotel front dssk officer. I stayed for 3 nights. Only 1 tissue roll for my 4 days. Food cold

It was really worth the price and the location was very near to where I was going.Just one thing to mention, the room does not have a phone to call the reception in case of emergency or needs at night and it would be perfect if you're offering slippers, a cup would be good for water.For prayers if there was only a sticker to give the Qibla orientation for muslim.But globally the stuff are so friendly and welcoming i would give a 10/10

The rooms wasn't clean the customer service they are not helpful the breakfast was really cold and Tastes really bad and the room was not clean and comfortable the room door was broken because it doesn't close really good the bathroom dirty not enough toilet paper and dirty pillows and no shower gel when I ask them about those things they said okay okay and the food just really bad when I asked him about warm food and warm coffee and tea they said that's the only thing that we have i lost only my money there for zero service even the bed for my daughter i asked them the first day they didn't give me, and the last night they give me one but there was no space in the room for it
