    Pros +

    • I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is good and the pool area is nice, one of the highlights of my visit.
    • I stayed for one night only. I didn’t have much time to explore the facilities but I found the staff cooperative and the hotel clean.
    • Rooms were comfortable. Pool and restaurant area very attractive and relaxing.

    Cons -

    • The Wi-Fi was a big letdown. Even after raising the issue a couple of times and being told it was fixed, the connection was still unreliable especially at night, which was frustrating. Also, I found the breakfast quite expensive, especially considering there are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby with more reasonable prices.
    • We had an issue with the bedroom door key, the system failed and took some time for the repair people to fix it.
    • I’ve admired this hotel for a long time and was excited to finally stay here. Big mistake. Upon check-in, the receptionist claimed it had been renovated but the room felt tired and outdated, especially the bathroom. The only good thing was the bed which was reasonably comfortable. There’s zero attention to detail. The restaurant service was painfully slow and the staff looked completely unprepared. Worst of all, I flagged both before arriving and again at check-in that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Not even a “congratulations” Nothing. No effort, no acknowledgment, no care. The decor and location are the only redeeming features. But definitely not a 5-star experience. If you’re in Casablanca for the first time, maybe pop in for a drink and enjoy the setting but if you’re planning to stay, don’t expect much. It’s not worth the price and we seriously regret not sticking with the Four Seasons like we usually do.

    The staff warm welcoming

The spa had a bad smell which didn’t encourage me to do massageAnd when you ask anything from house keeping it takes a long time to get

    3MichelPosted on: 5-15-2025

The restaurant, the spa and the fitness center are very good.

Cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. Even if the rooms are non smoking, the smell is everywhere. The Wifi was down during the 3 days of stay. With no backup solution.

    10StephenPosted on: 3-31-2025

The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. All of of the staff was very friendly.

The spa scrub and massage was a bit disappointing compared to others.

The overall déco in all the common spaces, the veranda and the pool garden, the comfort of the room, the art-deco details, the stuning hall....

The bartender was no experienced and the waitstaff at the bar slow and unfriendly; small choice of amenities in the bathroom.

    9LesterPosted on: 3-15-2025

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and vey helpful.

    Not centrally located.

    5AlessandroPosted on: 2-15-2025

Elegant and upscale. In looks only.

The staff. Indifferent, apathetic, a little arrogant.

    6LaurentPosted on: 1-27-2025

    Decor , style

Service / food. Bar: small selection of drinks , bar tender not experienced

    9JamesPosted on: 1-13-2025

Great hotel good location. No problems at all. The room was very comfy and plenty of room.

We liked the classic style of the hotel. the rooms are on the edge of needing a little bit of a refresh but excellent.

    9RoelPosted on: 1-8-2025

Nice room, very comfortable. We were granted an early check-in at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated

    Slow service on the lobby

    6RenataPosted on: 1-6-2025

The bed was over comfortable. You sleep really well.

The receptionist “Futaina” was not welcoming She was rude, arrogant and not very helpfulWe were surprised that the hotel hired someone with no communication skills. We recommend conducting a training as it’s important for the happiness of the guests as most of them are coming for leisure.

    10CamilaPosted on: 12-17-2024

I loved the suites on the fourth floor! I really liked the staff and how helpful they were. Also found the vibe of this hotel to be unique and homey unlike some of the brand luxury hotels. A very genuine place to stay in downtown Casablanca. Love eating at La Pergola !!!

    10SarahPosted on: 10-15-2024

The mini fridge in the room has a glass door. The light stays on and brightens the room.

    10MarkPosted on: 10-15-2024

Le Casablanca is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and had a super comfortable bed. The food was excellent and service impeccable.

    Nothing, it was perfect.
