About
The Royal Mansour Casablanca, originally built in 1953 in the district designed by town planner Michel Ecochard, is an emblematic building of Casablanca. Besides its history, it marks the crossing point between art-modern and contemporary architecture, initiated by the pioneers, and the modern architecture of the second generation of architects in Morocco. Although the demolition of the building is inevitable, it was decided to rebuild the facade identically and to revive the specificities of the time: reintroduction of the loggias and the volume of the lobby as well as the restoration of the initial interior garden. Inspired from a strong heritage with a look to the future to regain an undisputed influence in Casablanca, the Royal Mansour is the finest luxury property in town, offering the highest level of service., with a total of 149 guest rooms and Suites with one to four bedrooms, 7 meetings facilities, 5 outlets for the gourmets and an amazing Spa on 2 levels.

Pros +
- Amazing property and top notch service! We tried every restaurant at the hotel and each one was amazing! We had an amazing driver from the hotel. Concierge was amazing too! We will be back!
- The room, the exceptional service, the decor, and the attention to detail
- The staff at the hotel were exceptionally well trained and truly elevated my stay from comfortable to outstanding. From the moment I arrived, every team member was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The spa team, in particular, stood out. The spa manager was highly professional, welcoming me personally and taking the time to explain the treatments in detail. The therapists were skilled, respectful, and clearly experienced, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail, from cleanliness to music and lighting, reflected excellent training and attention to guest comfort. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Service was smooth, organized, and discreet, with perfect timing between courses. They were knowledgeable about the menu, able to recommend dishes and explain ingredients confidently. I felt consistently well taken care of, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Overall, the hotel’s staff – from reception to spa to restaurant – demonstrated a high level of training, coordination, and hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
Cons -
- There was nothing to dislike!
- The rooftop food was good, but would have preferred a more asian fusion menu..
- During my stay, I noticed a clear difference in how guests were treated at breakfast. While the hotel staff in general were polite and professional, the service at breakfast did not reflect the same high standard. The team seemed to focus mainly on guests they already knew or recognized, giving them special attention, frequent check-ins, and a very warm attitude. However, for other guests, including myself, there was almost no interaction. No one came to ask what we wanted, whether we needed coffee or tea, or if everything was fine. We had to call staff several times just to place an order or request something simple. This created a feeling of being ignored and not equally valued as a guest.I believe a five-star hotel should treat all guests with the same level of care and attention, whether they are regular clients or first-time visitors. A more balanced and consistent approach from the breakfast staff would greatly improve the overall experience and better reflect the hotel’s standards. With better training in guest attention and fairness, the breakfast service could match the quality shown in other areas of the hotel.

The room was very luxurious and the hotel looked high-end.
I had to pay extra for almost everything, including the pool and spa, and my driver was not allowed to enter easily each time.
Stunning architecture with high-quality materials, and a delicious, well-crafted menu.
The breakfast service was quite disappointing. The garnish for the omelette was brought out before the actual dish, and the tea was served much earlier as well, so it had already gone cold by the time the food arrived. Unfortunately, even the omelette was cold when it was finally served. The overall experience was confusing and lacked proper coordination.
The property is beautiful and the rooftop is lovely. The cocktails are really fantastic - their beverage director knows their stuff. The most amazing part was that they treated me like a princess on my birthday. The whole day was magical and full of surprises.
From the moment I arrived, Royal Mansour Casablanca exceeded every expectation. The service was impeccable—personalized, attentive, and warm, making me feel like a truly valued guest. The interiors blend classic elegance with modern luxury, offering both comfort and sophistication in every corner. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the city. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the in-room amenities, was thoughtfully curated for an indulgent experience. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive—the food was exquisite, with flavors that highlight both Moroccan heritage and international finesse. What truly sets Royal Mansour apart is the staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality created a memorable and luxurious atmosphere throughout my stay. This is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience of refined Moroccan hospitality at its finest. Highly recommended for anyone seeking elegance, comfort, and world-class service in Casablanca.
Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the most beautiful that I have stayed in! The design, the comfort, the spa, the staff, and room service are all exceptional!!! The food in room service was the best I have ever had; it was not only delicious but so beautifully presented!
The only complaint I have is that when we went to change a $100 USD bill, they wouldn't do it. They said it was their policy to not change American dollars, so we had to go outside to find a money changing place. That makes no sense to me and I thought it was very rude.We had one dinner at the sushi restaurant, and it was just ok, not great. I was expecting it to be better.
Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and warm welcome, especially Mr. Moamen, the restaurant manager on the 24th floor, and Ms. Lina from the reception team.
New hotel, nice rooftop bar, comfortable bathroom, nice view, warm welcome compliments
Where can I begin? This truly a world-class hotel. Exactly what 5 stars stand for. The level of service Is impeccable, attention to detail is unlike anywhere.Very fresh and stylish rooms.Excellent breakfast and overall amenities. Great cigar lounge with skillful bartenders.Ended up spending most of our time within the hotel premises during our stay in Casablanca.A heartfelt thank you to the entire Royal Mansour team and M. Roussini for creating unforgettable lifetime memories!

Worst part of my trip to morocco
Bad service and bad communication from the reception manager. Also, 4 times they enter the room without knocking and with Do Not Disturb sign.
Clean, room is spacious, very comfortable mattress, friendly staff specially the reception manager Mr. Ali who welcomed us and provided his support at all times
Swimming pool is coming soon
Decor, attention to details and location
Too much staff at the entrance … I felt a bit over watched, It’s a bit weird to have 7/8 people looking at you while going back to hotel.
The decoration the finishes the art work very very special. Variety of restaurants and lounge bar are impressive
Location
I never see such a beautifull Hotel, design is just another dimension, the food the best in morocco, the staff is a dream people here are so kind starting by the director till the cleaner is army of kindness, the rooms are big and very well decorated, you can see the details of royalty. Believe me when you taste Royal Mansour you don’t want to go anywhere else. Bravo bravo for this beauty in Morocco, at the end I wanna stay all year here
Every thing in the hotel was amazing, the staff , room , facilities, restaurants and the atmosphere.
The Location
Luxury in every nook and corner of the hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and accommodating esp Imane, Omar , the bar tender and the roof top staffs for both breakfast and dinner
Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed.
Nice location, decent breakfast.
The staff is seriously underqualified.
