Nothing, was just close to office.

1) i was locked in shower for 20 mins because the inside door didnt open (security problem)2) cleaning was very bad, they clean nothing3) many things missing for example last morning there was no towel in the room4) the curtains, bed sheet everything was very old and dirty

Staff were lovely

There was a mosque underneath and we were put on the second floor, you could hear them at 9pm for an hour and 4am for an hour. Very noisy!!

The location near by the airport and near of many corporate locations

The reception staff Hamza was great of help , he made sure that my accommodation was comfortable enough and he was really supportive.

On the Airport side of Casablanca so no need to travel through the centre to reach the hotel. Casablanca now has a tram system that they are gradually expanding and there is a station a short walk away although you do have to cross a busy road.

There is a Mosque under the hotel so if you do not want to be woken around 7am try to avoid the lower floors on the right side of the hotel. Wifi can be patchy, I think the room signal is being swamped by the wifi from office building on the right.

Room space

Breakfast is basic, plates and cups missing several times.Room lights don’t iluminate properly to work.

I won't book it again, even if it is worthless.

The room is not well served. Laundries don't work. A buzz from the public street. Employees are uncooperative.

Very clean and very good cleaner staff work.

I lived almost one month but the breakfast is always the same, everyday is the same and never change so I give up at the end. For the swimming pool on the top of the building is almost just for looking not for swimming because water is cold. For the fitness center every day before go need go to the reception to active the room access card and then have the access to negative 2 floor fitness center. Every day！！！

It is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is so good and variable. Staff is friendly and hospitable.It is also 15-20 minutes far away from airport.

But I need to state that even though there is bidet nozzle in toilet, it does not work.

Overall excellent. Great service from the check in /out to food service staff. Nothing negative. I spend a lot of time in hotels around the world and was happy to notice consistency in the way service was delivered which showed it was a company culture that permeated throughout the different departments that I came in contact with. I would highly recommend and would most definitely come back again.

Boiling ? rooms

Room was boiling. Air conditioning does not work in this hotel. The fact that most of it is made of glass, it is suffering from the “green house effect”. Safe was not functioning. On arrival no one assisted with our bags. Even trolly guy passed us without even looking! There are serious management issues there. Staff seem stressed and unwilling to help or welcome customers.The only staff who are polite and trying to be kind are room cleaning and restaurant staff.The only reason we continued our stay was due to no refund upon cancellation! Don’t go to Domo hotel, you will be Doomed !

Poor TV connection, lack of telephone numbers for Facilities, no tea making free stuff as it is not provided for Superior rooms, strange

unfortunately rest rooms with out toilet bidet comparing to hotel with 4 stars in Muslim country
