Barcelo Casablanca Hotel

The kitchen staff was very accommodating and the food was very good.

No USB connections in the room, even the tv was outdated.

The location.

The night staff was rude and unprofessional. I tried to have my cousin stay the evening with me my second night and was refused entry, even after the hotel staff at the other Barceló location called on my behalf to try and help the situation.

The receptionist Very bad attitude, I changed the key 4 times for my room on my arrival I was so tired. Improfetinal receptionist, she couldn’t handle the complain. On top of that she’s laughing.

Prime location, nice rooms, and good facilities

Essam at the reception was more than great, very supportive and ensured that our family had a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic.

Rooms need refurbishing, renovation

The staff don’t speak English and they are rude, specially one gentlemen that the reception. Didn’t communicate at all.

The room was full of cigarette smells and the facilities are dirty

It was very clean, the breakfast offered a big variety of typical Moroccan delights, and I liked the possibility to take breakfast until 10.30. The personnel was extremely friendly. I will book it again.
