- Clean and close to airport. Some staff can be nicer and more friendly.
- Staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were very clean and all the furniture in the hotel were chic and inviting. The hotel is new. Maybe opened for a couple months. The food was delicious.
- My booking was confused and i had not my room on scheduled day after a 12h flight.Bad experience.never again
Cons -
- Staffs are not as friendly in such beautiful hotel.
- They blame a bug to cancel my booking at the price they set up in Booking. I have work in marketplaces, and the price somebody sets, is due to their own choice. No proof of any glitch or from booking was provided. They after wanted me to pay more, and when asking, they never reply. Be careful with any deals on with them.

The bed was comfortable and nice curtains to shut off the light completely.
The housekeeping woman just popped into the room in the morning without knocking or anything. Very awkward moment. We called for coffee from room service that we are happy to pay for. The first call, I spoke to the person and the call ended and I thought it just went off, turns out he kept closing. I tried reaching out 2-3 more times, then he answered again and said "I am alone today here, I am busy sorry I cannot help you and closed again in my face". Reported it to reception - but apparently 'we will let them know' is enough. The attitude. Also charged us for tourist taxes, which is fine - but apparently next day told us he only charged half by mistake. As I was waiting for the cab to send the girls off to the airport - I've told him I will handle it and attend to the matter once I put them in the cab to the airport. Every time I made a move, it was as if I was going to run away and escape and he kept reminding me that I need to still pay. So overall, unprofessional and very off putting. Don't recommend.
Location, generally friendly staff
HORRIBLE TO NO AIR CONDITIONING! The room was stifling and the AC never worked properly.
Nice garden restaurant in the back.
I disliked the loud disco music in the outdoor restaurant that continued until midnight. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. I complained twice.
Bed was comfortable and the room had a chair.
The air conditioning was not functioning during our stay (despite being told it would be fixed very quickly) and so we had to sleep on top of the blanket (no separate sheet) with the balcony door and window open which was noisy. Not a very “boutique” hotel experience.
Location was fineStaff were very nice
Air conditioning wasn’t working in room
The decor was nice, and our room was very comfortable. The location was prime and parking was provided.
Some of the basics were missing; only 1 set of towels provided, no fridge in the room.
The hotel is located close to the old city of Casablanca but at the same time in a beautiful residential area. The room was very spacious and clean, the staff very kind and the breakfast offered a wide range of options. Don’t miss the courtyard, a little oasis.
I’m very displeased with my stay. My friend and I had reserved for two nights. About 1,5 hours before arriving, the hotel called me to say they had a “technical “ problem and I wouldn’t be able to stay the 2nd night. Very inconvenient as I had excursions planned for the next day and wasn’t really available to search for another hotel for the 2nd night. These things happen but the least they could have done was to secure a night for me somewhere else. They didn’t and obviously couldn’t care less. The room for my night stay was comfortable but the customer service was appalling.
The staff at reception are not friendly. The rooms was not ready for the guests. Not enough towels and soaps. I was disappointed.
The rooms, staff, food - all amazing. It was relatively quiet after Eyd so we got a free room upgrade, the staff were incredibly helpful with everything, the restaurant food is of a very high standard and the breakfast was the best we’d had in Morocco.
The road outside was a little noisy but didn’t bother us.
The staff was very kind and responsive. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The area was lovely.
The room I checked into was dirty, but they immediately upgraded me. The hotel seems a bit worn at the edges.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the shared facilities were pretty.
There wasn't a hair dryer or many toiletries as you would expect from a hotel
Great location, good amenities, very comfortable beds. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is quite expensive for Morocco, but it was great for us as we were there on the first day of Ramadan and everything was closed. You can also enjoy a glass of wine there.
The breakfast is not great. There are too many sweets and cakes, not one vegetable.
Not sure why this hotel has four stars
Almost no sound isolation in the room itself and poor lighting, Wi-Fi was not working on my phone, no hairdryer (I had to ask for it at the reception), no kettle either (the receptionist sent me to the restaurant instead), no cutlery on the breakfast buffet stand
The location The staff were pleasant
The hotel needs a complete renovation , the furnishings and paint work are tired. The carpets disgusting. The corridors dangerously dark.
Despite the external 'look', this was a lovely find. Funky and appealing interior, with good fun art, lovely and helpful staff at reception and at the restaurant and bar. a very comfortable room and great bed. A really good breakfast with buffet and for the first time in my Moroccan stay, I was asked what kind of eggs i wanted and had a good freshly cooked omelette.
It was a little cold in the restaurant at breakfast but immediately the Manager/owner? spotted me moving away from the edge to the garden and had the heaters turned on.
