Good location friendly staff.

My key card did not working so I had to swich the room the,As for interar cloud be improved

Breakfast was good, location was good. Staff were helpful.

A motor ran up randomly outside the unit window and was disturbing during the night. I tried to closse the double glazed window but it was jambed. Double glazing no use if one won't shut. Shower was awkward to use and didn't drain properley. There was construction going on the floor below..... it wasn't too disturbing but I think for some people it my be a problem. Lifts didn't seem to work properley, so I used the stairs. Seccure parking was a block away for my motorbike which was a bit inconvenientt

Lovely quirky hotel great breakfast and excellent location. Super helpful staff special thanks to Houda for all her kindness and amazing help.

The room is nice, it is a good value for money! I felt comfortable, the room service is good and it was very clean. I would recommend it.

the breakfast was good, waiters were nice

The AC was not functioning the first night. I slept under hot temperature. Had to change to another room the next day

Hotel was basically clean and the staff was friendly

I walked in the restaurant in the afternoon and they were cleaning the floors. They brought me out a hand scribbled note with 3 menu items on it. I walked out. The A/c was not working either so I had to crack the window in the room. Also they did not have any change to give me when they came up with a 1.90 extra charge.

Location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants close by

Aircon units for the whole hotel not working which they only told me after I have booked in.

Location

The room insulation was poor — there was loud noise, dancing, and singing from the neighboring room all night.

Conveniently located near the market and Marchel square and the price of the stay was reasonable.

Breakfast

Great location and close to the downtown. The complimentary break was good too

The hotel is not clean and I was charged for a room with an ocean view, but I was assigned a regular room and when I inquired, the staff had no clue and claimed that the hotel was full. The room and towels were nasty

The hotel was near, it's clean, the staff are very familiar ? and helpfully. I'll come back always.

Staff was excellent they first give us a room which was smell of smoke then I asked the reception to change it she accepted and give me another room which was nice no smoke at all just needed to cleans the curtains and bed side table and floor

Only the floor, curtains and bed side table was not clean

Location and staff

Hotel don’t have stable WiFi. Hotel management need to work WiFi

Nothing really.

The breakfast dishes were cold, the room smelt and the staff refused to store luggage even though it was advertised as a facility. I cancelled my onward booking.

I enjoyed nearly everything, in particular location (very close to Old Medina and bars in the nearby, and three stops from Habous), staff (really nice) and breakfast (rich, good and with a large time slot).

One facilitiy wasn't working. It simply need some renovation.

Breakfast was delicious, and nice staff.

The Wi-Fi was horrible, it kept cutting out constantly, which was frustrating.

The staff are amazing. The breakfast was generous. Not the newest building but definitely worth the value.

It was a good experience overall. Just slightly old building.
