Close proximity to Casa Voyageurs Station.

The man at the front desk reception was absolutely horrible as a hospitality worker. Tried to price gauge us and when we accidentally double booked via iPhone he simply smirked and refused to assist us. Never again.

Good service, great location for those traveling by train, clean rooms, and a gym (which is rather rare in Morocco). The breakfast is decent.

The rooms facing the main street are noisy at night, which will pose a problem for light sleepers. I recommend bringing earplugs.

Property seemed abandoned, hallways were dark and noise from street was unacceptable. Canceled my booking and went to a nearby hotel.

Helpful manager sorted out confusion caused by booking.com not forwarding request to extend booking. Dining area staff flexible. LOcation close to train station and tram stop. Plenty of nearby eateries,

It was a start of our tour but both of our rooms had malfunctioned air conditioners and the hotel did not have any other rooms for us. We had to leave late at night for an adjacent hotel. Please let us know how to claim our hotel rooms fees for one night stay back to our credit card.

1.Great location across from train station.2.All of the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. They all went out of their way to be gracious. Breakfast and dinner buffets were generous.3. Bathtub appreciated for a tired traveler (bring your own stopper)4. A/C worked well.I will definitely return here on the way out of the Casablanca Airport at the end of my trip!

Okay, so staying at Hotel Al Walid in Casablanca was pretty decent. Its location was spot on – right in the middle of things, which was super handy. Yeah, it got a little crowded at times, but honestly, having loads of restaurants just outside the door was a major win.The staff there were absolutely on the ball and always ready to lend a hand, which I really appreciated. My room was a good size and, most importantly, nice and clean. Plus, parking was surprisingly easy, which is always a bonus in a busy city like that.

Breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about, but it did the job.

Location was very convenient.

Air conditioning did not work and room was a bit warm.

Helpful staff. And i mean helpful! The security guard volunteered to escort me to a phone shop when my phone broke. The food was well priced and offered a good buffet breakfast too. it was great to arrive back in the afternoon and get a real cup of tea. The hotel was quiet and clean and across the road is the tram line and Casa Voyageurs - a main train station for easy access to other cities or the airport

I was extremely happy and stayed there 3 nights and on my return to casablanca, stayed there again

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working during our stay. Despite several attempts, the hotel staff were unable to fix the issue. We requested to change rooms, especially since the room next door was vacant; but our request was declined. The only solution offered was a pedestal fan, which was far from ideal given the circumstances. Overall, a disappointing experience considering the expectations from a hotel stay.

The location was very good, close to the train station. The people were very nice and breakfast was fairly good, the room was clean.

The room itself was dark, old and in need of updates. The bed and pillows were hard, the carpet was musty and the shower had years of built up gunk in it.

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, needs a renovation. Wifi intermittent.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Close to shops and cafes. Tramway and train station 2 min away. Breakfast was quite good.

2nd day breakfast non existing. Old bread cheese polony. Ice cold omelet made hours before. No cereal. No soup. No variety of bread. To stale to eat. No maps info brochure. No knowledge. No inyerest (2 young men on phones ) with zero knowledge. Dark room not enough light
