Clean and good sized room. Some TV channels in english.

We were in a Suite. It was clean but no cookery or utensils. Internet was OK on arrival but slowed to 2mbps as the Hotel filled up. The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly.

Price seemed a bit high for the room we received. The hotel is in transition and being taken over by Hilton. Elevators were very small for the amount of people booked. The Hotel has a policy of not allowing any food or drink from outside into the Hotel. We found out when security stopped us while bringing back a small pizza from outside the Hotel. Air Conditioning was very basic and did not work all that well and the room safe didn't seem to be working. 8 am breakfast was sub-par for our tastes.

There was a hob, but without any cooking materials.There was a TV, but without remote control.The staff passed by and left the door open when i was not there.

Nothing- Very bad Service

I had given my clothes to laundry, it was not cleaned properly neither they make dirty on my clothes, after I found, they said they will clean after it was not pressed

The service is soooo late and the breakfast is not delicious..

The Mogador group will not let you down.Value, quality and service with a good approach if spoken to with respect. Room is modern and comfortable beds and chairs.Shower and bath tub which helps relaxation. Will return for another stay and will continue to use such a hotel. 5* not doubt. Excellent views both sides, ocean and city.

5* all the way. Large room, comfy beds, modern all the way.Bath tub and shower Great to relax.Felt like we are living with family. Very friendly staff and great communication. Met all our expectations and needs.If others put a bad comment it's only there expectations are greater than there wallet.A must visit always. All transportation available at easy request.Train, taxi, Tram etc....Air con is excellent condition. Views are breathtaking.

The room is very modern and location is great for the train, pizza hut , KFC just local.Staff are super helpful!! and respectful. Amazing city views that can be seen over the whole of the City and the ocean. Sound proof is amazing not like other hotles.Bathroom is very helpful and bath tub.Clean and have nice decor in the rooms.It's definitely a great place to stay and access to all you need. Just a little walk or hotel services.

The staff are very professional and understanding.They helped with any request and also the quality of service was more thanSatisfactory. The room had a two panoramic view, one of the oceanAnd the other of the City. Breathtaking and beautiful sunrise And sunsets. Room service was really good, and the food had alot of flavors.The quality was very healthy and cooked with passion. Very modern than majority of hotels across the country..Bathroom spacious and always hot water at any time of the day.

A great location has a big parking and easy access to tram, local taxis and the train.Food is good and staff a little shy but when speaking to them they are amazing people. Great decor in the room amazing views and the beds are so comfortable especially after a very long day outside.I would definitely choose this place again as if your going to spend money spend it knowing your getting value for it and this place has it.

The environment is suitably situated and the facilities were working fine

The gym facility and the instructor are superb

The room was spacious and comfy

The staff was usually very friendly but specially the ladies in the reception are a little bit vulgar

It safe with free parking.

Don't expect the security to carry your luggage.The breakfast is almost the same everyday.As i went 45min before the closing of breakfast they don't replenished the breads. The Moroccan tea has finished and i asked the manger to make a new pot. They just top it up with hot water very disappointed. For the breakfast you can go near by restaurant.

Clean , well maintained, close to tram line -la resistance stop, two stops from Casa Voyageurs. Big room. Comfortable bed with decent linen and variety of pillows .

Breakfast just ok.It’s in the same highrise as Grand Mogodor, just around the side a separate enterance….I walked up and down Ave. Pasteur looking for it . Room cleaning staff could be a little more discreet in the hallway…not everyone goes out ALL day.

Workers are amazing, nice, attentive and educated. Rooms are too big.

The hotel is goog .However i enconter a lilltle problem .The lady ask me to pay up front all the fee .When she gave me the bill it was in dirham .Then i decided to pay in euro the bill that was sent to me by booking .She was unable to convert in dirham.Finaly i end up give her more than i was suppose to .The breakfirst needs to be improve.
