Everything was prefect, cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable beds. We stayed for 2 nights.

I want to take a moment to share my outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel director Sara Lafraidi leads with excellence, and it shows in every aspect of the service, Every interaction with her felt genuine, and it was clear that guest experience truly matters here. Sara was visible, attentive, and clearly sets a high standard that the entire team reflects. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The staff was professional, attentive, and exceptionally friendly, consistently exceeding expectations. Every detail was handled with care, and the level of hospitality was truly impressive. This is service at its finest, and it made our stay both seamless and memorable.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. In fact, they were all wonderful, including in the restaurant. The food was very good, a bit rich as I was having stomach issues from Marrakech. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend. Just be careful of the shower that tends to overflow. The staff will take care of your every need in a generous and very respectful manner. I would definitely return.

My stay at Marly Boutique Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel is elegant, clean, and very well maintained — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it an excellent choice in Casablanca. A special thank-you to Ms. Jawhara at the reception for her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and her kindness left a great impression on me. Good staff, comfortable and quiet room, high quality fixtures.

No alcohol was served! This was to be a special last night of vacation for my wife and I, yet the bar and restaurant said they did not serve alcohol. This should be stated and in fact highlighted in the posting! If I had known I would have booked elsewhere so that we could enjoy a bottle of Champagne.

The retro style was very nice, and rooms are spacious, the restaurant is also great.

Mainly one major flaw, there is no SHATTAF (the hand shower for WC) or even a bidet.

The staff were incredible! They were so welcoming and attentive. They take the time to get to know you and go the extra mile to make your stay the best it can be. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The shower floor can get slippery and fortunately I brought non slip shower shoes to wear.

Slow service ‏At check-out, I was surprised to be asked to pay extra charges for breakfast, even though my booking clearly included breakfast. This was disappointing.

Everything was high quality and everyone was very nice. The Maisson breakfast was amazing and very affordable. The staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay the best. They even made my brother a cake within 1 hour when they found out it was his birthday. It was the best hotel we've ever stayed at and can't wait to come back again! 100/10 must stay when visiting Casablanca.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was perfect—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff were all friendly and professional, but I want to give special recognition to one of the female receptionists (I believe her name was Jwaher). She was incredibly supportive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She also shared great recommendations about the city and helped us decide where to go and what to see

I arrived late at the property around 2 am and my brother arrived in advance and they took all the information before hand, and made sure to get a smooth check-in, for both of us thanks to toufik who was at the main reception. This boutique hotel checks off everything you need in an hotel. Clean, cozy, comfy and all the staff are friendly , their breakfast is served in their ground floor restaurant, and i loved it. The interior, makes you feel happy with colors and different seating and everything. On our second day we had a problem with our AC but toufik made sure it was addressed immediately and changed our room within minutes, hassle free.

I was just disappointed a little that they don't offer free water, but we where located around a lot of supermarkets, and could get our own, it would have been more convenient if water was available at the room for free.
