Great location, decent staff, clean room

The breakfast is the same everyday and not a high quality but it’s ok

The beds were clean

It didn’t match the photos on booking exactly. It was dirtier. The door handle was not secure. The bathroom was awful. The water in the shower heated up beyond 100 and could cause a burn. Also there was one girl at reception who was very unfriendly nor accomodating, and at times very short in her way of speaking. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The receptionist collected another money from me that the booking paid for was for one person that the second person's name was not paid for which was so annoying when I requested for two persons in a room and I am the lead guest

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND UPON ARRIVAL IT WAS DISGUSTING. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. THE SHOWER WATER DID NOT DRAIN. THE TOWELS I RECEIVED FROM THE FRONT DESK SMELT HORRIBLE. I WENT TO TEH FRONT DESK AND COMPLAIN. I DECIDED TO LEAVE AND GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

THE PLACE IS DEFINATELY NOT RATED.

The hotel is clean, location is good, staff was accommodating and breakfast is nice.

They don’t have sleepers, no dental kits.

I stayed at this fantastic hotel earlier this week, and I love the friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay there again.

I didn't like tge bed it was mentioned that the bed was big for 2 people, but in reality it was 2 single beds under 1 big cover, so when u sleep u can feel the space between them, so it's not that comfy, the room was a bit dirty on walls

The location is excellent, the room is quiet and clean.

I honestly regretted booking this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness—or lack of it. It was honestly terrible. There were hairs all over the room, even on the bedding, which is simply unacceptable.We arrived late at night, around 11 PM, and I had informed the hotel in advance of our late check-in. Still, the water heater had been turned off, and there was absolutely no hot water. We tried to switch it on ourselves but gave up eventually—between the cold water and the lack of cleanliness, it just wasn’t worth the effort.The hotel itself isn’t in a bad location, but they really need to put more effort into maintaining it—especially keeping the rooms properly clean.

Good value for a reasonable price, and I enjoyed the included breakfast!

Beds were very stiff and there was a major leak in my bathroom, so I had to move to another room.

This hotel is a serene oasis!,The Moroccan breakfast was a culinary treat, featuring mouthwatering msemen, b'stilla, and traditional Moroccan crepes. We cherished every moment of our stay here.

The staff were helpful especially to resolve a few challenges with our room. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and tidy.

The room we were given drew no comparison with the photos on the web site. It appeared to have been adapted to a bedroom. Unfortunately the roof above the room leaked after a heavy rain shower. We were provided with an alternative room which was much more in line with our expectations. There are quite a number of snagging issues that the hotel requires to make it a very good option for a short stay in Casablanca.
