Cons -
- This hotel left a lot to be desired. For a so called 5 star hotel , you¿d expect the internet to be fast and reliable as well as air conditioning , hair conditioner , basic toiletries such as cotton swabs. The grout in the bathroom, balcony were dirty
- It needs good management, and if a Yes has an issue you have to report it to managment !!!
- This was not a 5 star hotel! Maybe 2 stars?

This was not a 5 star hotel! Maybe 2 stars?
Apartment which is a good space and there is a tv and AC
Nothing was there, I don’t know it’s usually like that or it’s because it was the final match of the AFCON and Morocco wasn’t lucky to win so they were sad. There was no water or anything the fridge, AC couldn’t work, not much things in the bathroom, water in the bathroom want strong ??♂️ it’s far also from the airport
Very friendly staff, good location.
Rooms need an uplift
Room is spacious, clean, breakfast is good and local. Staff is very friendly. Neighborhood is central. Checkin was easy and at any time. They allowed a 2pm checkout with no charges.
TV needed login to all services (not even local channels), a little bit of cigarette smell in the room and other guests were noisy by night. Could have more than 1 towel.
the room is very warm you. hotel has good insulation . you don't even need to turn on the heat. very quit. I had good night sleep.
The rooms we had during both stays were spacious and inviting. Decent bathrooms.
Only figured out one of the TVs. The others were impossible; luckily, we weren't in Casablanca to watch TV. Had to ask for toilet paper or we'd have run out. One towel per person is barely adequate for 2 days. Booked the Gray Boutique Hotel on our way home as Bookings indicated they had an airport shuttle. On check-in there appeared to be no knowledge of this. In the morning we learned there is one but it's more expensive than a taxi. No dinner served in the restaurant the night we could have used it. Breakfast served until 10;00 a.m., but after 9:30 slim pickings, although restaurant staff were very nice.
The location is great.
The maintenance on the rooms is pretty poor. Some of the facing on the walls were falling off. And the furniture has some stains on it. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it arrived cold and the french fries arrived cold. It really was not good.
Location excellent. Front desk staff were helpful Wafa and Yousra
Leaving!!!
Absolutely perfect for the price you pay. Excellent value. The location is fantastic. Clean rooms and friendly staff made the stay even better.
The breakfast could be improved
Although the place was nice, what made it better was the customer service. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially Wafaa at the front desk. She was extremely kind and accommodating and even extended our checkout time as we were running late. She answered all our questions and tended to our needs. I would recommend this place especially because of the helpful staff and how much they cared for us.
The breakfast did not have a lot of variety items
The crew is attentive and willing to help, specially the receptionist Karim, who was sympathetic and kind. The rooms are big, clean and beautiful.
Quiet location but near shopping, restaurants and attractions. Staff very helpful and attentive, rooms are more like suites with full amenities, nice living space with kitchenette and pleasant seating area.
Nothing. All was to my liking
Staff: Nabil and Hamza from the restaurant and Youssef and Youssra from the reception were very helpful and supportive.
Very friendly staff, available spa and good food options
Breakfast was very good, wait staff were friendly and responsive. Location was good within walking distance of several major sites. Room on top floor was spacious with a great balcony. I loved the bed, firm yet not hard. Bathroom size and amenities was excellent. I appreciated the water bottles delivered each day.
I thought the pricing of meals was high compared to cafes in the local area. BUT I had total assurance the food was healthy and safely prepared. The food itself was well prepared and the wait staff attentive and friendly.
One thing I really liked about the hotel was how comfortable and clean everything was. The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home.
The bed
Too many Doors to run into. Coffee pot maker, but no coffee. Only one Glass, no spoons.
Bad
We had the worst hotel experience at Gray Boutique Hotel in a very long time.In one room the shower door was blocked, the shower hose was leaking, dust on all the furniture. The motion detector in the corridor was broken, so we had to feel our way along the wall to the 2nd room on the 4th floor. Then early between 0:30 - 01:00 we were woken up several times by a waiter/reception because we had supposedly ordered breakfast for this time, which was not true. The breakfast buffet consisted of nothing but unfresh food (sausage, cheese, bread and luggage) apparently from the previous day. However, the hotel topped it off by the fact that we couldn't start our rental car at 08:15 as planned because an employee had taken the safe key (in which our car key was locked). We had to wait more than an hour for the safe key to be delivered. We were of course promised a substantial credit, but this did not happen and there was no response to our verbal/written complaint (via booking). The employees appease us, keep making statements ...In 5 minutes...but have no interest.Miserable!!! Recommendation: Do not give your car keys to this staff!
