Pros +
- Staff are very helpful on our needs, most especially for printing my visa for free :)I love the antiques, especially the elevator. It is the best deal for the comfort that we have. My favorite accommodation in my Morocco Trip :)
- I'm breaking my stay and finding other hotel for the next tow days.
- The staff was good, humble cooperative in dealing.
Cons -
- Very old facilities. in the badroom pipes are rusty...
- No hot water in the shower. If everyone said this for 2 years without reaction from the managers, then that should be a good reason to not be in the hotel again and to give a bad note.
- Cold water in showers, would have been nicer warmer.Clean tablecloths would of been good too.

Nice location, friendly staff and nice room

Breakfast good, location not so.
Cold water in showers, would have been nicer warmer.Clean tablecloths would of been good too.
Really interesting building with lovely big room. Nice breakfast, helpful staff.
Bit dated and too much furniture in the room.
The decorations
There is a water crisis in the world and Morocco is among those suffering from a drought crisis. This hotel is considered one of the reasons for the water crisis in Morocco. There is no hot water. You have to open the water tap for more than 20 minutes to get a very small warm water. If there are 40 rooms in the hotel with 40 customers, imagine how much water they consume to get hot water.
The location
The hotel is dirty. The breakfast is miserable and poor.Nothing works in the room...
The old decoration
Cleanness was bad and the breakfast was very poor
Free parking in front of the hotel.
the hotel needs an upgrade, elevator didn't work properly, carpets are looking old, not fresh, there was quite some noise from downstairs neighbor accommodation, only cold water in the bathroom, not sufficient toilet paper
Like the rooms, lots of space
There is weird smell in the room and fly and mosquito, the main thing on the front desk girls don’t understand English so it’s hard to explain them.
Despite the many things wrong with it, I mega liked the design of the hotel.
All in all quite a lot like the others but the problem was not enough contacts, no electricity connection for everything in the middle of the room, the room could be improved a lot, paint was coming off the ceiling, in the bathroom the shower neck was badly connected to the shower head making water run. At night some rustling in the wardrobe as if some spider or mouse was running around. No pillows, only a small roll under the head, good thing I had my pillow. Leaky windows, I got cold in there. I turned on the old yellowed air conditioner ... not to lower the temperature a bit but to warm up the room because the windows from the terrace were blowing even though they were closed. The atmosphere was there but not to relax. Lack of English with staff caused some problems at the beginning.
We chose this hotel because of the free parking. HUGE MISTAKE! We were lucky to get out alive. It is a blessing our hire car was outside for the quickest get-away possible. Almost nothing worked. In any other country the bathroom would be closed down as a health and safety hazard. The staff veered from comatose to harassing. If you want to sleep at night here, you'll have no luck. There is a strict schedule of noise to keep you awake. 9pm - 3 am a club next-door blasting bass heavy music, 3 am - 5 am people shouting and arguing below on the street, 5 am - 9 am pigeons mating outside your room, and fortunately the lift going up and down all night, a bit like an Apollo moon launch. Our main concern is the high level of pigeon crap immediately outside our room, with consequential flies and probably vermin. The breakfast shenanigans is of a whole different ballpark, with dreadful cold weak coffee, orange squash instead of fresh (in a country that grows oranges!), and some strange bloke asleep at a lecturn. It would have been funny, except it made us quite ill. There are numerous other things, too much to mention here, but, I'll try anyway; underpowered electrics that won't charge a phone or toothbrush, hardly any lights working, rusty fridge, leaking bidet, water takes 30 minutes to heat up, hazardous shower door and fittings, toilet that you can't sit on, sink coming off the wall, etc, etc, etc. All in all a HELL-HOLE.
A terrible place
It was a nice hotel once long time ago. But it needs very urgently renovation. Additionally we could not sleep in the last night during our stay there due to very loud music in the club in the hotel
It smells old. Every thing old and broken . The bathroom catastrophic. It was like a museum which nobody take care about it.
The cleaningwoman
The woman on the reception who verry bad and the bagagist who totally no friendly and steel things from people...
The room only
The woman on the reception and the man who help people for the bags ....he asking money for nothing...
Very Central, clean, good value for money.
Cold shower
I liked the style of the hotel very much - a little quirky and like a museum. This gave the hotel some added character that you do not get with the new modern non-descript hotels.
It was disappointing there were not more guests in the hotel, giving the property more 'life'.
Good architecture
Poorly maintained hotel despite the great architecture and situation. A very poor breakfast...no consideration for guests....very old furniture....very dirty bathroom...very old carpets....very old equipment...can be allnold this is quite fine but dirty this is not acceptable.See the pictures for the extraordinary breakfast!!!!! Ants everywhere in the food and when I have called the waiter he just removed the ants and kept allbin another plates. Such behavior is reflecting lack of consideration and respect.Does not worth to stay there even for free.
