The property is modern, fresh, and clearly newly built, with well-designed infrastructure throughout. The location is very convenient, though the entrance is positioned at the corner of a busy boulevard, which can feel a bit hectic during check-in or short-term parking. This, however, did not impact the quality of the stay.The room was impeccably prepared clean, comfortable, and well organized. The view from my room was magnificent. I had specifically requested a room with no obstructions, and the team kindly accommodated this request by offering the best possible view.The staff were consistently pleasant and professional. The front desk team was welcoming, and special thanks to Soufiane, the bellman, for his assistance with luggage during both check-in and check-out. I would also like to commend Brahim, the doorman, for his professionalism, and Nabil at breakfast, who was attentive and kind.Overall, my short stay was very pleasant, and the level of service provided by the team made a meaningful difference. I would happily return and recommend the hotel.

The only minor drawback worth mentioning is the gym. While it is clean and well-maintained, its relatively small size and enclosed location make it feel less open; a space with natural light or windows would enhance the experience. That said, it is adequately equipped and meets the needs for a complete workout.

Basic amenities like slippers, dental kits etc were missing.

Breakfast was incredible, lots of option to choose. The restaurant staff were super helpful and always there with a nice smile to support any needs or if our daughter needed anything specific. Highly recommend to try their Khlii egg or french toast!

We already included age of our daughter in the booking, however her bed was not already included in the room. After asking the reception, the staff put a baby cot instead of single bed for her (5 year old)! It was quite late in the evening and our daughter was really tired! After asking again the reception, they managed to quickly bring the appropriate bed for her.

The gym is pretty small, the rooftop pool is small and shallow

Rooms are well equipped. I was happy to have ironing material in the room. The rooftop offers an amazing view on Casablanca city. Room service is opened 24/7 and the staff is truly kind. The neighborhood is also very good, with a range of stores, pharmacies, restaurants and commodities nearby.

Unfortunately no spa on site. Them pool is located at the rooftop, and is more for decoration than swimming.

It is the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed. And staff are very friendly.

Parking lot, we parked the street like it is saying in the information but some man locked our car and requested parking fee while we leaving. We stated that we are hotel guests but anyway we paid. So if you have car then don’t park the hotel’s right street which is next to citadelle door.

The friendly staff. Mona was exceptionally helpful and polite. One of the staff helped me purchase a carpet by showing me a reputable vender. The staff also allowed me to extend my stay by a day.

I would recommend the staff provide a menu that represents the food Moroccan’s eat maybe in addition to their current menu.

Rooftop with tiny pool was cool.

Ot was uncool that they disregarded the new government guidelines about unmarried couples and that they still persecute Moroccans. Not acceptable.

The hotel is well equipped, clean, and is in a great location. The staff (at the reception and the rooftop bar) are super friendly, responsive, attentive, and accommodating. The pool is nice and the rooftop bar is absolutely great. Great service overall. Would definitely stay there again.

Great vibe - a bit of luxuryy and not a huge price. The onsite restaurant is awesome, and the roof top bar had a great vive even if the tapas was a bit small and overpriced. But great music! Staff were very friendly and super-helpful.
