Movenpick Hotel Casablanca

We must say everyone treated us exceptionally well from the moment we checkend in. The service was wonderful. Hotel employee went above and beyond with assisting us with issues we encountered. I recommend Moevenpick!

We had a little issue with the air conditioner; but it was quickly resolved. Everything was exceptional!

The location was central to most of the attractions in Casablanca! The breakfast was very very good and the staff at the restaurant specifically Khadija and her team were very nice!

The property was quite old but well maintained

Sara from housekeeping is such a kind hard workerShe made our stay more enjoyable. She is Very friendly has an excellent customer service skills Along with the receptionists, they were all amazing what a service. I will definitely keep come back. Thank you Sara for everything.

It’s an ok place to stay for business travel

It’s central but there is a lot of traffic to get to the place The food quality and taste in the rooftop restaurant is simple mediocre

Very decent , nothing much is there

Very old in terms of facility and furniture , it feels not clean . Also the nearby room were so noisy and it felt they were in our room . The sound was so loud and walla are not sound proof .

Overall nice facility

The room was booked for two guests but everything provided in the room was for one.There was also no clear communication about what was free or not free in the room.

Our stay at Mövenpick Casablanca was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent and fast. The hotel location is very nice, right in the city center and close to Ain Diab.The reception staff were very helpful, especially Maroua.Everything was perfect.We did not try the breakfast, but I believe it would have been great as well.Moroccan people are very hospitable, kind, and helpful.

The service, including Mr Driss at the reception, who was very pleasant and helpful in spite of my very late arrival. The breakfast was very good and the gym is well equipped in comparison with other hotels of the sameLevel

1- The reception staff are the only nice thing about this hotel.2- Only Hotel Location was good .

1- This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating, It should be not more than four stars or even three stars.2- The price of one night in this hotel for the services provided is very exaggerated.3- The housekeeper was rude to me.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Lost Expensive Items, No HelpI checked out of room 1017 at 1:35 PM, and just one hour later, I called the reception to report that I had forgotten my Aigner watch (a very expensive timepiece) and a golden bracelet. The response I got was very dismissive – simply, “No, we didn’t receive anything.”I am 100% certain of where I left my items – in the bathroom of the room. Despite my clear and timely report, the hotel denied finding anything. I feel deeply disappointed and let down by the lack of concern or proper follow-up.This experience has ruined my impression of the hotel, and I strongly advise future guests to be cautious. I know my watch is still there.

Staying in Movenpick Hotel is definitely something you have to do when traveling to Morocco. On this post I wrote about my favorite place i stayed in Morocco. Usually i tend to stay in Hyatt Regency Casablanca, i decided to splurge for a stay in Movenpick Casablanca. I expected to be luxurious and comfortable and that I’d relish having a nice place to retire to at the end of the day work . Having had this experience, I highly recommend that anyone traveling to Morocco to spend at least one night in Movenpick Hotel.Ma/Hakima Benatt

Good Location

The Air Conditioning didn’t work in our room the first 2 nights …

After an exhausting week exploring all over Morocco, we looked forward to relaxing in luxury to celebrate my husband's birthday. All of the staff that we interacted with (e.g. front desk, concierge, etc.) were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a lot of thoughtful touches.

Our tour driver warned us to be careful at night in this area of Casablanca and suggested taking a taxi if we wanted to go anywhere after dark. We just ended up unwinding in our room, but the concierge was very helpful in assisting us with a taxi the following morning when we went to the airport.

the customer service was good, especially Tarek, who handled my luggage issues very well and made my stay comfortable.
