No welcome water in room, no kettle or tea items

The shower and bathroom are dirty and cold .Towels and bed are not clean .

AC was not working, poor customer service I couldn't sleep was so hot no AC

Location was fine, bed was comfortable

Not clean and pee came out of shower and sink, breakfast was bad with no options other than a croissant or boiled eggs, staff very unhelpful

I really liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed. The location was also great — close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I didn’t like the way one of the staff members treated me — especially the man in front of the hotel wearing a suit. He was quite rough and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable. It really affected my overall impression of the hotel.

It started with this person behind the counter (male 55 to 60) who did not even take the time to say "hi" back when i said "hi" and simply pointed to another person (young man in 30s). when the young man was trying to help me the older guys yelled "give him room 2xx". it was a very bad room for the price i was paying (shower head throwing water everywhere...). you can get a lot better in casablanca for the price they were charging. when i was checking out, i learned that floors 1 and 2 are horrible so that male in 55 wanted me to be on the horrible floor and meant it.You can get something else better for the same price. NB other staff were nice. male in 55 had the public servant mentality.

No thing

A power blug was missed when I checked out. I called the hotel and they told me they saw only empty box while it was inside the box.I am sure they took it.

Room is big enough and balcony is class. Bathroom has a great space aswell. Hotel in general is very good. ATM at hotel, pool and bar.I didn't like the wifi connection. Very poor signal and when its good doesn't work very well.

The Rooms were Ok for the price we paid and they didn't honor my request that i asked for since December by giving me a lame excuses such as we are full which isn't true because i talked the Housekeeper manager . I did work as Manager at the Sheraton in the US and i know the business well. The Breakfast area was disgusting and dirty, the food cold, The Tea Pots were empty most of the time . The GM was never there because we were there for 1 week and i wanted to meet him and introduce myself but he was MIA .The leadership was lacking all around the property. The Housekeeping team was excellent and very quick to respond to our needs so did the Front Desk team otherwise it was an OK stay. The Location was good but needs work outside ( Trash everywhere , side walk was unsafe with potholes ).

Bedbug itching

I went to bed, but I quickly began to feel itching spreading all over my body. When I lifted the sheets, I discovered they were infested with bedbug larvae. Even after switching rooms at 3 a.m.hoping I could finally rest before my seminar the next day. And even though the new room was clean, I kept feeling the itching subconsciously, leading to a terrible night. I’m now worried that I may have carried bedbug larvae in my clothes, which could contaminate my home. And this on ur responsibility

Next time you have a regular customer (who visits five times a year), please treat them better. For some reason, there was an overcharge at the reception (I suspect to keep the money), while paradoxically, it was cheaper on Booking. The staff at the reception handled it very poorly—really, really poorly

I like the personal and the guy who was working in the pool was very kind and nice. And the servers also very nice

It’s was two fellas in the reception that had a bad attitude just because I had problem with payments

Ver well located. Staff very smiley and very helpful. The breakfast was good the first 2-3 days but then it got boring. Everyday the same stuffs.
