The room was large

It's not in a nice part of town. Everything feels dirty. The door is locked so you need someone to let you in. There is no desk space and the WiFi is terrible. The staff doesn't seem to know what the password is either.

I paid for my breakfast but it’s was no breakfast at 7:50 am plus the water in the shower was not hot

Great location, big room and bathroom, comfortable bed

The bathroom was not clean (limestone stains on faucets and showers, water on the floor of the toilets, damaged toilet flush) and the water was barely warm (definitely not hot). When we left in the morning (7am) there was nobody in the lobby (in the entrance or at the front desk) so we were unable to talk to any staff member to ask any question.

You pay through the app the whole price,which includes taxes, TVA ...etc, then when you get there, they will ask for more taxes. They call it the hotel taxes it's ridiculous

it was terrible night, I booked 4 nights but after one night I checked out

i did not get the money back for the other 3 nights after i checked out they said they would arrange cash to pay it to me and call i have been waiting a week for a call from this hotel

The facilities were not as advertised!There is only one pool, it was not heated, when I asked the staff they said they would heat it for the next day, it wasn’t ( guessing because it costs money to heat!).There is no room service and the restaurant is only open for breakfast ( we didn’t have breakfast)There is no mini bar not even milk in the fridge.The spa is closed.The hotel is old and shabby around the edges!

Was adequate. A good location and large room with good facilities. Breakfast was as advertised.

The restaurant wasn't open as advertised. The pool was too cold to use.

The cleaning was awful and the all the facilities was old and not functioning well. The sink and toilet was loose. The bathroom drain was blocked…it was not nice at all. Can never recommend this hotel to anyone

The only nice thing about it was the space where the bed was!

For sure the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in!Upon arrival the room door was open (I didn’t think much of it…I thought they had just finished cleaning it)Inside the room I noticed it HADN’T BEEN CLEANED!!! There were crumbs on top of a table, the sink was dirty with hand soap, the mirror full of fingerprints and dust, the shower floor slippery (lack of scrubbing it!), the shower’s water tube black! There was a used (half drunk) water bottle on the table….

Staff were lovely and the rooms had balconies. Easy to walk to centre and beach.

We booked because of the spa and the pool. The spa was out of service and the pool was cold, dirty and dingy. Loads of lights were not working in the room and in the corridor. My room had no kettle. There were no maps or anything for tourists. Breakfast was very limited for vegetarians and would have been impossible for vegans. However, the staff at breakfast were really friendly.No instructions for the room safe. Cleaning the room was haphazard and seemed to take place late afternoon when we were getting ready to go out for the evening.

Humidity , they never cleaned the room , just changed the bedsheets.

The property is in a good location, so it’s easy to get around The decor of the suite was beautiful, it felt homelyAnd the staff were wonderful

The right definition of this place is a scam! A dirty place poorly maintained with an arrogant and unprofessional reception service, this place should be banned from Booking.com! Shameful!

The location was great. You walk to the main mosque and tourist areas. It felt quite safe.The staff were helpful when we arrived. The room was large and clean and comfortable.

I booked it because of the pool and sadly I don't think it had been used for a long time. It was in the basement and we didn't use it because you could see it wasn't in the best condition.

Silver Suites is in a great location - it is an easy walk to the Medina, the Hassan II Mosque and lots of shops and restaurants. But what made our stay memorable was the friendliness of the staff. Amina on the reception desk was super helpful, had great suggestions of places to go, and even made a reservation at a restaurant for us in her own time. Yusola ( sorry if I have spelt tbis wrong) the housekeeper did a fantastic job, our room was spotless and she dealt with the couple of problems we had very quickly and efficiently. The staff should be commended for their great work, and it is because of them we will return.

Tea/ coffee in the rooms would be good. There is a kettle... but nothing to use it for!

Very nice staff! It was my first time in Morroco and they helped me in many ways, gave me advice on where to go, helped me make a SIM card and Internet! were always happy to answer questions. clean comfortable rooms and good working air conditioning
