    Pros +

    • I did not like anything. This was a wedding gift. Both the groom and bride were out in a horrible room for $230+ for two nights. Ridiculous...
    • staff excellent
    • Breakfast is basic , but enough for us.Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • This hotel should not operate business. They are good at bad marketing on a social media site but reality is far. Both the pricing and services are ridiculous...will never use them again.
    • it is located on a small street within a neighborhood. I dont think it deserves to be more than 2 or at the most 3 star
    • The surrounding area had limited restaurant options right nearby, though more choices were available within a short walk. We visited on January 1, when many businesses—and the mosque—were closed, which was a bit disappointing.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. While the immediate neighborhood initially felt a bit rough around the edges, the property itself is modern, well maintained, and nicely updated. We stayed in a very spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the town.We opted for the on-site breakfast, which was very reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of offerings. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and were very helpful and arranged a 4am taxi to the airport which we appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and would gladly recommend it to friends visiting Casablanca.

Everything we'd expect in international 5-star serviced apartments in other tourism-oriented countries ! large rooms, modern decoration, attention to details, quiet, comfortable, new, high water pressure, blackout curtains and motorized shutters, beddings and towels replaced everyday, amenities with essential oils, indirect lighting, balcony with outdoor coffee table and seats, central AC, safety box, fast WiFi, above all CLEAN (which is the exception rather than the standard in Morocco !). Breakfast was surprisingly excellent, freshly baked even on Sundays, for all tastes within the boundaries of muslim countries, kept abundant anytime we came to the restaurant. Regarding the location, we walked to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, the Corniche and the famous Hassan II Mosque.. Short and cheap taxi ride to the beach, the fast train railway station. Compared to all the other accommodations, hotels and apartments, that we visited in several cities in Morocco during this high season period, the difference was night and day! The team was coming from international luxury hotels such as Hyatt, Movenpick, and made us feel like a family, just as the hotel name says. Smiling, polite, English speaking, available to help anytime whatever we asked them. Coming to the pricing, it was more than reasonable considering how other places were taking advantage of us tourists in the peak season. For this level of service we were easily asked 3 times that price elsewhere in Casablanca and in other Moroccan cities...

We regretted that the team had not expanded yet their lovely business in more cities ! this country definitely needs more of it.

Tha staff were very kind and eager to serve us,the room was very clean also the breakfast was very delicious.

    10KartikPosted on: 1-14-2026

Location is perfect for the hotel. It is not on a main street and therefore is very quiet. The room is really larger than my apartment and included a living room, kitchen, balcony and a bedroom. Just massive! If I were going back, esp with a partner or family, I would definitely stay here.

The breakfast for 50 or 75 Dirham is not worth it. Walk around the corner and go to the restaurant called Lilou Cuisine and that restaurant is not only reasonable but the food quality and options seem endless.

    Clean. Spacious room. Decent breakfast.

Not the nicest location. But close to the mosque.

It was a short stay. The room was clean and well arranged. The staff were welcoming.

    9uchePosted on: 12-11-2025

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. They showed us what the Moroccan hospitality looked like.

The supplies for the kitchenette was inadequate. Just an old pan, 3 tiny bowls and plates and a small fry pan. If you hope to make a meal of any sort this is not the place for you. It's good for one to two day stays where you plan to eat out.

The hotel room is large and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Location is perfect. Close to the landmarks. The bathroom is a little bit small, but acceptable.

There is only one senior gentleman staff who was not polite and made our stay there uncomfortable. Other staffs are good.

    10AleksejsPosted on: 11-27-2025

Friendly and helpful staff. Room looks as advertised. Breakfast really good. Quiet and respectful.

    Wifi didn't always work

The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The food was great with lots of options to choose from. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

Location is walkable to beach and the Mosque. My tour guides were able to easily find the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful! I would return!

I may have missed a notice but I was unaware there is an additional tax.

The space was clean and the room was spacious, as shown in the images. Their breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend putting a name tag on each food to help identify what you are eating. I would stay there again during my next visit to Morocco. The lady at the reception was so friendly and helpful.

Clean large room with good size bathroom. Great shower. Excellent staff.

Breakfast could have more fresh fruit.
