It was a clean room

The room was stifling hot and there was nothing that could be done except open windows. At checkout that overcharged me for a bottle of water $20, and the taxes on the room by about $70. I NEED YOU TO CORRECT THIS THIEVERY. I Do HAVE THE RECEIPT.

Location. Cleanliness. Shower and toilet were separated. Good view of Hassan II mosque.

Chef is exceptional! Food is cooked really well! Service was always super friendly from car park to reception to room service and restaurant service. View from room to the main mosque beautiful.

We only stayed 2 nights in the hotel. I find it ok for what is offering overall.

the Breakfast! lack of single tables for 2 people, it was all set up for groups and the variety/options offered were poor and of no taste.

The breakfast was the best part of our stay! SO many options for different eating preferences and an opportunity to try local dishes as well. The location worked well for a quick stay and a little exploring. They were able to call taxis for us to explore or go to the train station.

Food can be improved greatly. I tried breakfast which was really boring with limited choices. Very pathetic small pieces of fruits. I took a peek at the dinner buffet and the spread was very small and did not look appetising.

Smoothest check-in I've ever seen and polite, helpful staff overall. Decent breakfast (including soups) and a clean, upgraded room with views. Room-service food was okay and not too pricey. Lounge bar upstairs has nightly shows, cozy ambience and good tea. Luggage storage was nicely streamlined.

Getting things delivered to the room is a drag - iron needs to be ordered from the front desk but it takes up to an hour to arrive and will be taken away the same day (we didn't know that). There are few lights in the room and especially in the bathroom - just one overhead bulb casting cold clinical light, no backlit mirror.

The room size was great and the bed comfortable and I liked that the room had a desk and separate seating area. The location was good with lots of restaurant options nearby.

The seal in the shower was broken so the floor got very wet.

Great hotel - thought it was very clean and well attended. Staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay pleasant.Location was excellent! The places we found interesting were between 15 - 35 minute walk from the hotel which we thought was great.

The bathroom/toilet - extremely clean and modern BUT the glass is see through into the room. The glass is misted so there is no direct visibility of the shower but you can make out quite a bit. The entrance to the room passes directly in front of the toilet and there is no misting of the glass at eyelevel meaning a glance in the wrong way and privacy will be lost. I have seen this feature in a lot of modern hotels so it's not just here (I have no idea why or how it got introduced) but it did make sharing a room that much more awkward. The breakfast options cold have been improved but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

AC did not work! Apparently this has been a reoccurring issue for months and they did not make us aware of this until AFTER we complained. They did not provide any liable solutions-- simply told us "sorry and that it's being worked on and that i should open the (screenless) window in our room for air" !!! If our stay wasn't so short, i would have immediately demanded a refund and checked out!

The hotel is located on vibrant street with cafes and resturants.

The bedroom was below the expectation. The decoration was basic, the bathroom was very small. The noise from the nearby rooms and corridors was high. The pillow was hard.

Like: staff was great, rooms are comfortable and location. Dislikes: a/c wasn’t cooling properly and breakfast quality wasn’t amazing. Blankets could be more comfortable, found it hard and heavy.
