I booked the hotel specially for work purpose as it’s good location for me, but I was shocked about the service. I called the hotel to ask about parking as it’s says that there is free parking (very important for me ) the answer was honest from the receptionist that there is no parking for the hotel. In check in, the receptionist was kind and trying to help me to find a parking spot close to hotel but can’t find it.Later around 22h00 I came by walking and found free parking spot just front of the hotel. I asked kindly to the night shift receptionist to hold the place for me, he told me don’t worry but run to bring your car, i run like crazy and when I came back 5 min later , the place was taken. I asked the receptionist , he told me I can’t do anything about it it’s not our parking…I took my luggage out and went to other hotel.( to park close to the hotel it was really important for me to take maximum rest and go directly to work the day after)

The staff was helpful overall

The room could have had some amenities like a hairdryer. The floor was wet after mopping on check-in

Hotel was well in my expectations, if not for the invoice issue

I was not able to get an invoice for my stay, since I was staying for my buisness this is a real issue as I was told I would have an invoice after my stay.

Location is good. Full stop.

I don't know, how this "hotel" obtained 4*. No hair dryer, there is no curtain for the shower stall thus always water in the bathroom feels like a swamp. Bad cleaning with no tea or even water replenishment.

Very nice place, clean and spacious room, hard to park specially if you come during the late afternoon

The only advantage of the property was its location in Zaraktony Street

Staff was so rude, no help, racist about certain nationalities, telling lies always and didn’t learn how to speak with customers to the extent that I had to call the police

Location was good; walked to the mosques and the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant.

There was no hairdryer available in the room or at the front desk. No bottled water or kettle in the room.

The gentleman name Hisham deserves to be a manager at this hotel, excellent communication skills, polite, so helpful, ladies whom tidy up the room good listener and clean well

only 1 night had hot water in the shower, drink water only 1st night, my booking was including breakfast while I am fasting they send very basic food.

I like everything,thank you a lot . It’s not that expensive and room is good and clean

The location I love the most, easy to connect with local restaurant and bars. The room size are good enough and has kitchens in the corner. Employees are very welcoming most of them are friendly.

The road side rooms are annoying during the night, the sounds of the vehicle and some noises will not allow you sleep well. They don't have a proper breakfast, serving the same particular items each and every day with tea or coffee.

A man wasvin the room next to me. Everytimebi get up anf go to the bathroom he would run to his bathroom that was attached to mine. I felt i was being watched and filmed at this hotel. Beaware ladies. Everytime i got on the phone another man came runningbout of his room and would stand in the hallway. I got followed one morning out of the address hotel by another man. He followed me to the restaurant one morning. Whenbi left for good here comes the housekeeper following me out of the hotel. I was traveling alone.

Location is more than awesome, rooms very clean staff are awesome specially Bahejah room service person

+ take away restaurant 50m away+ nice breakfast (set, no choices)+ spacious room+ friendly personnel, 'guard' in front of the hotel

- (free) parking quite difficult in the busy street (but the 'guard' offered good help)- no curtain or door in the bathroom; everything becomes completely wet- soap dispenser was empty- water shower only lukewarm in the evening- only 1 (uncozy) lamp in the room- kettle in the room, but coffee and tea as well would have been nice- only 1 chair in the room - only 1 towel in the bathroom (we were given one extra when we asked)- smoke odour everywhere (even in the towels)- quite expensive for what it is given all these things

The worst place I had stayed in Casa.

The bed has bugs. The air-conditioned wasn't working, so I asked to change the room because the window is open to the inside, not to the street. The second room is open to the main street and so much noise if we open the window. And the bed has bugs to. I will never stay there. And I don't recommend it.

Female room service staff swore at me and insulted me and called me racist names, because I am black.She said black people are dirty!!!

Room was excellent

Staff were coughing and sneezing and then using contaminated unwashed hands to serve our bread, croissants and cake.

This is my second time stay in this Hotel, hotel is very nice, staff very helpful and very polite, and breakfast also good
