Kenzi Tower Hotel

Location was great, close to many things. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, mosque. Staff was great, very accommodating and nice. The spa was amazing and so was the breakfast!

I loved the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were also very friendly. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view and the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel had Water and/or hot water supply during our stay.

There was nothing good about this place . Racist and they ask illegal questions

They required me to show a marriage certificate of me and my wife which is highly illegal and against the law, to even ask in Morocco as of 2024. They didn’t care and I should have called the police on the manager and staff

I have been coming to Kenzi tower hotel since the starting. The location is perfect,the management and all staff are welcoming and helpful with big smile and the good about them is always remembering you. T breakfast restaurant is perfect.

Excellent location near by everything and restaurants and beaches

Every one was very nice and kind

We booked a table on the saint Sylvestre at skies 27, our table was in a corner, the food was slow and my children were sleeping they didn’t eat. One of the person I paid the diner for couldn’t come up and they couldn’t bring the diner to her room. It was a shame.

The staff were friendly

The cleaning could be better. It’s an old building and they need to renovate the rooms. There was a musty smell and the water from the bathroom in the room we stayed just won’t go down the drain for hours

Th staff are lovely. Great greetings and always available. We loved it.

The rooftop views were incredible. It was nice to be so close to the Gauthier neighborhood with lots of ethnic restaurants to choose from.

It was hard to figure out the parking situation, but I should have just left the car with valet when I arrived. I wish this had been clearer from the beginning.

We stayed there for two nights.The location is center. Staff was helpful specially Abdul Adihm the resturant (I believe a manager at the resturant) very helpful. He is attentive always taking care of the guests.I Didn't get the name of the waiter in the roof top reasturant he was amazing overall I gave it 9+ for everything.

One thing i didn't like about the hotel there is a smell when you go to the rooms I think the sewerage system.

Room was large and comfortable, but air conditioning did not work properly. The temperature inside was too warm and uncomfortable.

Concierge not very knowledgeable or helpful.

It has good location and modern equipment.

I have waited about half an hour. There were 3-4 receptionists, and during my check-in, they transferred my reservation and documents from one to another. It seemed to me that I was a stranger, and no one knew me. They were very nice to others (probably to their old clients).

1-check-in process. 2- the reception stuff were nervous and this was obvious from face expression and harsh response to my request.3- toilet doors was not locking and making like breaking sound when closing it.4-toilt seats was not comfortable to set on. 5- Elevators takes long time ( this understandable since two elevators are in out of service due to maintenance job)

Rooms stink Smell very badBathroom ceiling dripping a dirty water.Very bad and delayed services .At checkout the lifts weren’t working , no body informed us we have to wait very long time to figure out what to do , almost missed the flight.finally we find the service lift with no guidance then we had to carry our luggage 2 floors down through the stairs with no help .Very bad management after all.

Very good value for money: stunning views over the city, The Atlantic, the mosk. Clean, comfortable, and importantly, well insulated against the noise, which is a big plus considering it is located at a busy intersection. Don't miss the restaurant on the 28th floor. I went at sunset and won't forget it. Also, the staff was super friendly and professional. Shout out to Assia at the reception who kindly took care of me while I was waiting for the room, bringing me a nice Moroccan tea with biscuits.

The view was spectacular, the room was clean and spacious compared to others.

No smoking in rooms as there are no balconies or open windows. However there are no smoking areas except the restaurant or bar. Food was expensive/not worth it.

A wonderful view for the city and sea！ Room service is good and lounge restaurant is also nice scene.

The reception incrediblely want to give access only after 2 pm，uncomfort the guests from their 9:50 arrival with ontime regist and 1 pm arrival with local tax and deposit checking. The room key detained by a reason of no authority is not good service level.
