Diwan Casablanca Hotel & Spa

We enjoyed our stay at Diwan hotel: the staff was nice, great breakfast.

Its location was very good and convenient. Room sizes were great and generous. Staff was extremely friendly and tried their best to make our stay as good as possible.

1. There was an off-odor in the hallways2. Bathroom mat towel was soaked when we arrived as if there was an active leak from somewhere.3. Shower leaked through to the bathroom floor in room 907.4. Pillows were hard and not comfortables5. Sheets were rough 6. Breakfast buffet offered very limited options.

Only the location

- The hotel require a complete renovation because everything is old and broken starting from the elivators up to the rooms, bathrooms and toilets- The hotel and elevators smells to food because the hotel restaurant is in fact at the same as the lobby. - The towels are very old, worn thin and smells to bleach- The bed mattress is old and very uncomfortable - Uncomfortable and bad pillows- Bedsheets and pillow covers are old and lost softness. They must be changed

The hotel is in a good location. Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. All the staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. We enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was perfect. Special thanks to all the staff.

Laundry was super expensive and they almost didn't deliver my clothes because they couldn't find them.

the elevator shook every time i rode it, the room only had very light curtains that let the sunlight in

The receptionist was so polite and kind, amazing location (they are right in front of CTM bus station!).Nice clean bedroom and bathroom.

Easy to hear sounds in the neighbour's room or in front of the front door.

Great hotel in the city center. Just in front of CTM bus station and 5 min walk from the train station Casa Port which connects with the airport in 45 min only. Location is superb. Facilities are also good (need some very minor touches) and extremely clean. My suite on the top floor stunning (10 floor, wonderful views), very spacious, very large king size bed, super comfy and with nice shower with high pressure. Very nice staff. Spa seemed nice too but didn’t have the chance to explore it. I will definitely come back!!!!

Breakfast was just average, or slightly below average, this is the only reason I’m giving 9 out of 10.

All the staff are very nice and friendly, especially Mr..Ayoub, who is very professional attending to every detail to ensure we have a comfortable stay.

The room worked well, though the walls are not exactly sound proof. Great shower. I got sick during the night and the front desk was able to summon a doctor which was very helpful!

He gave me a spacious room with a stunning view, which prompted me to tell my friends about this hotel; it is truly amazing and deserves five stars. bad experinace

i booked double room with 2 single beds , however once we reached they informed us only one king bed is available and all single beds are full , also once we checked in , big rat come out near elevator and that why we decided not to eat in the hotel and we moved out next day immediately

I had an amazing stay at Diwan Casablanca Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anwar, Ayoub, Mouad, Ahmed, Abdelilah, Meryem, Fatna and Achraf.The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to CTM station. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Location was very good, personal were very kind, it can be prefferred to stay short in casablanca

Looks old, a little bit smell everywher

Room was great, very spacious well equipped good sea view however A/C did not work. Food was okay but not great, we were not served a meal our first night after waiting over 1 hour and other nights food was served at different times. Quality of food was good but limited options and drinks are paid only. Location very good easy access to bus/tram/car parking.

Ayub was amazing! So friendly and super helpful. He even offended me his personal rain jacket to stay dry.? We had 2 twin bed room and it was very spacious and clean. Balcony was a nice plus also. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with mix of hot and cold items, with hot coffee/ tea and some fresh juices Location is central to most major sights and we walked to the old Medina, Rick's Cafe, Marina Mall and the Mosque. Would def stay again ?

Room was a little warm for our liking and AC wasn't operational at the time because it was still winter/ spring so hotel is on heat mode. Can't really fault them for that, we just like a colder room to sleep in. We did sleep with the window open for a nice cold breeze, but there is a bit of traffic outside. Overall still a great experience. ??

Spacious rooms, some with porches. Super comfortable beds, plentiful hot water. Delicious and ample breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet for a fee which is much appreciated for the solo traveler. Kind and efficient staff. Also, it is across the street from the CTM bus station, which makes travel throughout Maroc easy easy easy.
